I am really enjoying the Heather, Daniel and Lily drama. This story line took a fun and unexpected turn for me. When Heather first came on, it was fun seeing her trying to win back Daniel’s affections while he was still with Lily. Now that that is over and done, it has now turning into a corporate legal battle which I did not see coming a few months ago. I also like seeing Billy a new man at Chancellor-Winters. I remember last year when he was with Lily, he felt like an outsider at the company as he does now.… Read more »

I like this side of Lily. It’s fun for a change. She’s always been the responsible and level headed person in all of her relationships. Ooo, all of a sudden I want to see Cane! New Lily would be a fantastic match!

I am very happy to see we are getting more home sets on the show now. I have always liked the Tac house and I like the new “old’ set as it seems cozy and makes you feel like you really are on the Ranch. It is always nice to see a character’s kitchen as it is very rare. This week we also saw Adam’s apartment as we have not seen it in a very long time. We are also getting new bedroom sets as well. Last week we saw Ashley in her room and this week we got to… Read more »

I was so happy last Friday when I saw that Christine and Danny had not gone on his tour with his band yet! I didn’t want to say anything as I didn’t want to spoil it for anyone who was interested. This week we found out that Christine has decided to take on a case for an old friend and not go with Danny. I had mentioned last week that I was hoping that we would see Phyllis possibly follow Danny and Christine on his tour and try all of her tricks to interfere with their relationship. I now wonder… Read more »

I believe we have a new Abbott in the house. In the previews, Ashley is sporting a red flowered dress and a southern accent. What a hoot. I can’t wait to see what Ashley will come up with next

Allison Lanier is amazing. I am buying every line. I am totally convinced she is a distraught and grieving mother. When she said she would trade herself for Harrison, I caught my breath. She is a fierce mother bear and could be an equal match for Jordan.

Absolutely agreed. Allison L.’s Summer has always been touchingly genuine in her immediate, fierce love for Harrison (despite doofus Kyle figuring out how to be Insta-Daddy, lol), Idc about the roles/semantics of ‘step,’ “biological,’ or ‘whatev’ … like it or lump it, fair or not, Tara Locke lost custodial rights of her son, and Summer’s heart has wrapped him in unconditional love. Ever since EFFORTLESSLY filling Hunter King’s HUGE shoes, Allison L. has continued to crush the drama as well as charmingly play light-hearted vibes. I hope when the Jordan stuff is over (or even if not), that Tara Locke… Read more »

I think Nikki never hears herself speak. Once again, Nikki has a plan to catch Jordan. Of course it worked when she, Victoria, and Claire went to confront Jordan. Also, it worked when Nikki planned to catch her at their 40 year anniversary celebration. I have no doubt that Nikki will not fail. That is to make things worse. Just ask Claire and Harrison.

Nikki, never have I ever seen you next to a stove until today. I think this defines cognitive dissonance. I’m not complaining, love the new set.

Now that the Abbott family knows that Ashley has a mental health issue and most likely some personality disorder, do you think they will send her off to a specialized school across the country for her to get help? Lol I am all for the show addressing and making us aware of different topics, such as OCD in children, but this Connor storyline is boring! I would love to see Chelsea and Adam struggle how to handle Connor’s OCD with Connor there with them! I just feel we watch the same thing over and over, we get an update and… Read more »

Wow! I had forgotten all the trauma Connor has endured for a little kid. Unfortunately, so many kids in the real world are in crisis too. I think the public service announcements are great and I encourage the message to include multiple sources for individual or family counseling services and volunteer opportunities for mentoring kids in our communities.

It was a given that Connor was doomed like all soap spawn who have history mired in over-the-top lunacy upon even MORE over-the-top lunacy!! I can appreciate the real-world connections soaps try to mirror, but…does anybody actually know a kid like Connor who has parents w/the same (even remotely??) dysfunctionsl histories as Adam and Chelsea????? Lol… NO. NADA. NOT ANYWHERE CLOSE. I just can’t take YnR too seriously, regardless the topic…

What we saw last week was a masterpiece and a master class by Eileen Davidson . She needs to clear a spot on her mantle for another daytime Emmy award. Her delivery if those lines were magnificent…..number one ……”your ex wife?!?……the barista?……..number two……Audra…….the town bicycle !” Made me laugh out loud .

HAHAHAHAHA………thank you is again the opener for me to begin my present day chat!!! So true…so true!! Eileen Davidson is such a pro and, yes a master of her art, supreme actor!!! Her command of last week’s scenes were dynamic!! However, my thank you is noting the lines delivered were too, too good and I died laughing at one especially….Audra, the town bicycle….you cannot write a better summary line for this characters past actions in Genoa City…the writers outdid themselves and had the perfect character/actor to give them!!! Kudos to all!!!

Phyllis is just an employee and is inviting herself into a conversation with Chance and Nate. She berates their decisions yet still has a job! Phyllis may be demoted to sorting mail and picking up lily’s dry cleaning if she’s not careful.

Phyllis is acting like she is still in high school, membership in the “mean girls club”….a total lack of maturity as a mother/co-worker/woman!! For me. her annoyance continues to intensify and lack of growth in learning from her past mistakes/missteps. Phyllis, get a grip and do something positive to gain renewed respect for this “change” you always say has happened.

God love him, Danny is an incredible chump. Why is he telling it all to Phyllis? Next time Christine gets mopey, bemoaning her lonely state remind yourself not to feel sorry for her.

What a mistake on Christine‘s part. I agree Danny can still love her, but not feel sorry for her. Christine should consider compromise, like she does with her own clients. Promising to come only on weekends, she might be available, is not enough of a compromise.

Awwww, but I do…. esp. since Paul so unceremoniously dumped her in his whatever-stage-of-Life crisis he was having. (If that’s even the story that was given…Idr, but that’s how I’ve written it in my head, lol.)

Where’s the news media? This would be 24/7 news. Jordan is a public story, not private family business.

LILY’S VILLIAN INSANITY: It seems clear to me that Josh Griffith has decided to made Lily seem like a spiteful, scorned woman. For the writers to have the audacity to have those three cheating men, MANSPLAINNG to Lily, that she was allowing personal feelings to get in the way of business is absolutely ludicrous. Yes, she fired them for personal reasons, just like Victoria fired Adam and Sally and Victor fired Nate. At least Lily gave Daniel and Heather a severance package; which was worth Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars. I don’t recall the Newmans doing that. Lily is the… Read more »

Lily is definitely feeling spiteful and scorned – and understandably so, imho. (And I don’t think it’s a bad thing.) OmegaSphere issues s/be strictly business, but Lily never saw it that way from the get-go. She brought it to CW due to her personal relationship w/Daniel. (I guess that makes “Princess-Save-Your-Soul’ a kind of virtual nepo-baby, lol.) Lily also both hired Heather and then fired Daniel and Heather for personal reasons. I’m sorry Lily has had her heart broken, and I think Daniel abysmally handled his break-up w/her. But it is what it is. I don’t think Lily gives one… Read more »

Excellent observation about three cheating men advising Lily and your point is spot on. So is the fact that Daniel and Heather were fired without cause and that has legal repercussions that must be considered. I thought it was interesting that they thought the matter should go to the board. Was the board notified that the CEO was dating a department head, that their corporate attorney was the ex wife of a department head and his mother works there too. That would not go over well in a professional business setting. On a personal note, I love Lily, but if she… Read more »

Love your comment and your thoughts on Lily. She’s running the company as if it’s the high school yearbook club.
