Sooner rather than later I hope we get to see the real Claire. I still don’t get why Nikki is so turned off on Audra, as I recall Audra showed her compassion while dealing with the fallout from Claire helping her fall off the wagon. I guess I don’t like how she is seen as an angel and outsiders like Audra are seen as villains.

Thought Nate handled himself beautifully in the confrontation with Audra he had to have.
Yes he did, even though he has feelings for her, he sees what a manipulator she is, and how she didn’t care about him while flirting with Kyle.

Been awhile since when Y and R was so good that I couldn’t wait until the next day but finally, he we are! Claire’s delivery to blast Audra was “chef’s kiss.” A soft Victor was refreshing. Still suspicious tho since there’s an Abbott involved but maybe, just maybe he was sincere. The back and forth scenes about the Audra/Kyle situation, that included just about every person on the show was perfectly done. Daniel and Tessa are on their way, not that we didn’t see it coming, but still fun. So much Devon and Nate this week, enough said. Not yet… Read more »
Of course we didn’t see it, too much is off screen these days

Gotta love Esther. She was excellent in her bless your heart approach of greeting Cane, confronting the rumors of his return, getting in her dig about his business secrecy while congratulating him on his new fortune, bragging about Chloe living the good life without him, offering sympathy over his father’s death while making the tie between Mrs.C’s will and Collin’s betrayal being resolved in the end, and then she took his order. She delivered condemnation without spiteful judgment, offering forgiveness in her heart and she did it all in one succinct conversation. As my grandmother used to say…it is best… Read more »
Phyllis’s dress Friday is amazing. She came swooping into Cane’s train car (unannounced of course) looking amazing. Those scenes with Nate and Audra were everything! They are both so talented. I was hanging on every word and every subtle expression of guilt on Audra’s face. She tries her best to snow him but when he calls her on it you can see that she knows she didn’t trick him. If they are going to keep bringing up all these conversations with Mattie and Charlie, then need to bring them on so we can see them and see how they feel.… Read more »
Haha, very clever way to end! I think Nate has too much integrity to have actually stayed w/Audra had she been honest. His declarations just underscored how little he really knows her. The Audra that ‘means everything to him’ doesn’t exist other than in his sex-clouded perception.
Russell, you have excellent taste. Phyllis’ dress was amazing, just a simple black and white off the shoulder, enhancing her tall slender figure! I agree!

The Chatters have spoken, SOARAS Sam. His introduction as an aged up Adam 2.0 would add the right amount of drama. Sam would have built up a luxury yacht-full of resentment for his father, since it appears Cain was not in his life. Sam would have idolized his mother and vilified Maddie and Charlie. Once he meets Lily and learns how she couldn’t tolerate him as an innocent baby, all bets would be off. We not only want Sam on our screen, we need Sam on our screen.
Since Audra is not getting her own company, let’s team her up with Cain. She can light a fire under him in more than one way. It looks like she will be free to pursue him romantically, too. These two would be a great pair and Audra’s allure could have Cain drop the tortured ruthless billionaire look. They would be a good nemesis team to the Newmans. Hopefully, the writers would not have them repeat dialogue and talk about how ruthless they are, but it show it.
Yaaaas – I think I’d like a Cane/Audra hook-up better than what I’ve been originally looking for – a Cane/Phyllis hook-up. But ok, I’ll go w/either. Or both.
i actually like Audra teaming up with Sally at Abbott Media but she has to remember Sally is in charge.

Victor is making me cry, Claire seems to have broken through TGVN facade. Underneath is a man with tender feelings for his granddaughter Claire. Is Katie viewed differently because Billy Boy is her father?
She is a pariah to me. It is Johnny who is the off screen golden child. But who am i to say that? He could have been romancing the babes all summer in Y&R’s season of love but in town but missing in action doing god knows what. Even Y&R CHAT’s Ali is looking for Johnny.
It wasn’t until reading this that I realized I do like Johnny. He doesn’t take things seriously and his jokes were funny. The best thing about Katie was when she gave Claire a hard time. Hopefully she feels bad about the way she treated Cole though.
I think Victor didn’t want to lose Claire but I also think, he knows Claire is going to find out for herself Kyle isn’t worth it

Nikki, the brightest woman in GC according to some, says oh Victor you’ve been up for hours yadda yadda, is there something troubling you? Good grief!!
But upscale Nikki throws around vocab w/the best of ’em! It’s always great fun to hear her pretentiously spouting big words like she just learned them, lol.

And forgot to mention Phylis’ vibrator comment! They just threw that right in there to cap off the week.
PREVIEWS REVEAL A CANE BONANZA FOR NEXT WEEK!
Have a nice weekend, Chatters
Would like to see Esther poison Cane with double expresso
A report in is that “Abby is a mess over what happened to Chance” – from Devon.
lol…your comments always make me laugh

Love this comment. Esther is a definite ditz, but a very savvy one… and a real sweetheart.
I won’t say how I know but I believe we will be seeing the Chancellor living room again soon
I would like to see that train pull out so I will know it actually is a train.
Who has visited Travel Town in Griffith Park on a trip to Los Angeles?
LOL, Cane loves his trains!

I agree with you, Time for Nate to move on with Victoria. Audra can chase after Kyle

Too bad he doesn’t exist anymore.

I think you are right that he was/is ‘romancing the babes all summer.’ Don’t interrupt his fun by reprising his awkward family moments on-screen!

Its faux smart. Like Billy said last week, Nikki is only playing dress up in the big leagues.
But upscale Nikki throws around vocab w/the best of ’em! It’s always great fun to hear her pretentiously spouting big words like she just learned them, lol.
