Off Topic….I thought I would be watching the US Open tennis matches this two weeks however I am victim of the Disney/Spectrum fiasco, ESPN went dark so no games for me when it appears that this has been a fantastic tournament especially for Americans. So I have been binge watching Netflix, The Lincoln Lawyer and to my surprise, the prosecutor for this first season of trials is Michael Graziadei(Daniel on Y&R). It is an awesome series to watch if you have not done so and even better to best are the books on this series by Michael Connolly. A movie… Read more »
My pain is intense and I am truly sadden to miss that match for Sinner is one player I love watching/ Oh well..the agony continues for the blackout is ongoing. Thanks for sharing and your sympathy for my plight.

I voted I approve of Nikki. She will be a great CEO for Newman Media. Maybe Adam will start his own company. Newman Media was his and Sally helped alot too. But Nikki will be fair, I liked how she handled Audra. Break it off with Kyle or lose her new COO position. Victor will never give Newman Media back to Adam
The Newmans will accept Adam Wilson. Especially Nikki and Victoria. Nick is just been a jerk. So wrong how they treat their baby brother. But I believe they are taking Nikki’s lead. She hates Adam. Therefore, so must her kids. Spoiled Brats. Victoria knows she is inferior to Adam. Which is also why she belittles him.

Nate delivers the news of the changes at Newman Enterprises and Newman Media to Audra, and as she leaves to keep her meeting with Nikki, he is left with a “deer in the headlights” expression…you, Nate, forgot who you were in the scheme of things within the Newman empire. Never get comfortable even if you’re a family member; ask Adam or even better, talk seriously with Victoria who is now no longer in charge as you thought she was your path to corporate success. As Adam told Billy and he knows oh so well….Victor is always the granter of who… Read more »
Is Victor and Victoria now co -CEO of Newman? Is Victor really in charge? He said Victoria isn’t going anywhere, so not sure who is in charge

Genoa City needs one more company – Bad Boys Black Sheep Inc. with Billy & Adam as co-CEOs. They’re sexy, smart, and oh so sensitive when it comes to the approval of their fathers (or, brother who is like a father).
Agree…what a powerhouse their combined talents would make that would rock Genoa City especially if they are so successful beyond measure, creating a business that will rival Newman Enterprises and Jabot. One can only dream(LOL)!!!
I agree but because of their pasts that will never happen. I think Y&R has gone overboard with new companies anyway. Now add Sally to the mix ,Nick is paying for her to start her own company. Maybe she should team up with Sharon and her company. They could do well together

Loved seeing Billy and Adam commiserating together today; while talking about the fact that both of them are treated with little respect by their families! Billy tells Adam that Jack is still waiting for him to screw up; when Adam responds by saying that at least Jack doesn’t fire his family! Billy then agrees with Adam when he tells him that it has to be hard when no matter what Adam does; the entire Newman family is against him, especially Victoria! Time for these two to team up and take Genoa City by storm!! I actually never thought I would… Read more »
Oh I couldn’t agree more and who would have thought that a moment like that with Billy and Adam would ever, ever come into being. Priceless, just priceless!!!
It was a great scene both of them together, they are very similar in their family strife, but Victor is still worse. He continues to offer Adam power and status ,but always takes it away. I hope Adam drags Victor to the ground!
Another difference between Billy and Adam is Jack had a moment of doubt toward Billy. Jack has been in Billy‘s corner for a long time now. It makes sense that Billy would feel poorly because of Jack’s reaction. Jack has already apologized. Adam, however, has every reason to be upset with his family. Other than Nick, none of them have really embraced him. Victor appears too, but he constantly test him. That’s not it ringing endorsement. .

Well what will Audra do…does she value her job or the relationship she has with Kyle. If she decides to “let go” of Kyle, will she tell him why and what will come of that exchange between them. Will Kyle blame or think that it is more Summer’s fault than something coming totally from Nikki?? Will Kyle confront Summer? I wonder and who is or what is going to be the final outcome of this ultimatum Nikki made to Audra.
Audra will drop Kyle like a hot potato, but they may sneak around in private. Although no one means more to Audra than Audra. She won’t give up her COO position

Nikki: What the hell are you up to with Kyle Abbot?
Audra: To be completely honest, suggestive dialogue and facial expressions followed by intercourse.
Sharon’s nasty and/or testy attitude toward Adam is out of the bounds of reason. She is enraged that Adam would want to be the executive in charge of the new company. He has a past history of success in directing Newman Enterprises and Newman Media at one time with great accomplishments. Yet she and Nick thinks that he is being self-serving and self-centered especially not consulting with them of his desires or plans. Did they show him the same respect? When did they do so with him…when did this partnership show a conference of them working on their shared plans/ideas.… Read more »
I think Adam would have been perfect as CEO, but Sharon wasn’t happy that her part of company was being dissected to bare bones. I’m glad she wants to get her company back, but not sure she will be able to. She used to be one of Adam’s best advocates but recently has been nasty to him. Nick doesn’t have much experience. and He won’t be happy at Newman before too long. Victoria is not going to be happy with all these changes either. What happens to Nate now?

Loved the bonding between Adam and Victor during Adam’s dream sequence! So funny when Adam told Nick he was a plodder (a dime a dozen); and Victor holds out his arms and shrugs. As if to say, “Adam’s right”! Then when Adam told Nick that Pops saw through his limitations, and that nice guys finish last; Victor winked at Adam and raised his eyebrows. We knew once again that we would all have to wake up from the dream; but let’s make the dream sequence the “Real Storyline”! You know, give us a three month reprieve as in the three… Read more »

Now that Chelsea is out of the picture for a little while, I would really like to see Billy finally get together with Summer! I haven’t forgot how much chemistry they had when Summer was after Billy when she first came back to Genoa City. The timing wasn’t right for them, as Billy was dating her mother Phyllis at the time. This was also part of the reason that Summer wanted Billy, as she wanted to get revenge on her mother for her own personal reasons. i still remember when Billy had admitted to Summer in an elevator that if… Read more »
Idk, I still have an ‘ew’ ‘ick’ taste in my mouth thinking about the whole original Summer/Billy thing. I remember Summer prancing about in her baby-doll nightie to turn Billy on, and he naturally being hot and bothered by her… all while both were in a pseudo-manufactured-position of (kinda?) step-child/step-parent. Maybe Phyllis and Billy had freshly split (? Idk, don’t exactly remember), but the dynamics between all three parties were still raw and entwined; therefore Summer and Billy’s relationship seemed somehow ‘incestuous’ to me. True that Phyllis and Billy were not married, nor even engaged, but I felt the whole… Read more »
I never looked at Summer as Billy’s step daughter in any way shape or form. Not only was Phyllis not married to Billy but the bigger reason being that Billy did not raise Summer as his daughter. Billy was dating her mother while Summer was out of the country. Summer returned a grown adult that no attachment to Billy in any way. Yes it was not appropriate for them to be together as he was her mother’s boyfriend. That would not be right. In no way would I look at it as incestuous. She is a grown woman that Billy… Read more »
All true, logical points you make re: Summer and Billy. Nonetheless, I had a skin-crawly feeling about them anyway. Summer… playing at ‘sexed-up sophisticate’ when ultimately only as experienced as her age and crappy partners. Billy… the ‘sex-seasoned,’ S/BE mature one ultimately incapable of restraint. Theirs sort of reminded me of a parent/child or teacher/student type of relationship: while adult and non-bio, still pretty cringey to me. Idrc about Sharon, Chelsea, Sally, and the Newman boys trading lovers through the years. I see them all as one big soapy mess of lust and lies and wacky doings over time, lol,… Read more »
sueW, I think Sharon was “actually” married to Victor for a brief time. I just can’t remember how long ago this was. Chatters correct me if I’m wrong. If my memory is correct; please tell me what time frame that happened in!
They were married; I definitely remember that. But I believe it was an agreement under some sort of guise/means to an end and that they never consummated, were romantic, or even ‘attracted’ to one another in the marriage. I just don’t remember what it was all about (or when, excepting that it seems like eons ago).
I enjoyed the flashback of young Devon and Neil. Devon had said that he wondered how many girls were into deaf guys. It was realistic as to what a young teenager would worry about. It is always enjoyable when we get a brief blast from the past and it gives us a sense of what the characters had experienced, We also got a flashback of Ashley and her father as he tells Ashley to make amends with Jack. I think it is worth mentioning how much many of us appreciate Y&R digging in to the vaults and finding these clips… Read more »

I am curious to hear what you think of the Tac House Ali. I know I had commented on it prematurely last week. As I had mentioned, I have always liked the set as I find it cozy and fitting to what you would see at a ranch. I like the barn door style windows over the sink and find it refreshing to see the characters making tea and hanging out in their kitchen just as people do in real life. Gary had mentioned disliking the clutter of hats that used to be by the front door, as many of… Read more »
When did they decide to move to the Tac House? I don’t remember a discussion about it. Did I miss it? It’s a nice place for them to live, was good to see it again.
It really wasn’t on screen. As most things with Teriah. But it was last August 2022 when Sharon made the announcement in the coffee house, that they moved to The Tac House on The Ranch. It was merely a plot to have Chelsea move above Crimson Lights. Because the show knew that she was going to be heavily featured and Tessa and Mariah were not.

While at the ranch, Nick told Victor that Sharon protected Victor’s granddaughter with her life! Gee, I guess Adam did the same when Faith got his kidney!! Jealousy of Adam continuously runs very deep with both Nick and Victoria; as they remain in fear of losing their place on the pedestal! The two of them, and including Victor, need to remember that Adam is as much Victor’s child as they are. Every time Victor gives Adam an inch and takes back a mile; he shows that Adam is “less than” the other two. And most of all; Nikki should not… Read more »
