GARY’S PHONE SEZ: Nothing. But it has a feature I have never seen before. Its an endless series of photos, one lined up after another – there must be over a dozen – showing every detail of Aunt Jorden’s capture of Nikki and her step by step torture of her. I shouldn’t be doing spoilers but Eve didn’t make the trade and is sitting there through it all in a wheelchair like a zombie. I will only say that now we have a real weapon on the scene, not just rat poison.
(at least with this there will be no dought in Claire/Eve’s mind as to the true nature of her great Aunt Jorden. Henry must be right in his assesment that this is a wrap?)

Hello Chatters. Merry Christmas. With no Y&R, I am watching Perry Mason. This episode is titled: “The Case Of The Missing Melody”. Melody Thomas Scott? I thought this was very timely as the family is certainly going to come up empty in seeking her out this week!
Oh yes…the king and Queen of arrogance and judgmental behavior, sitting high on their throne of the “holier-than-thou” attitude towards Tucker is truly rich with irony!! They are a couple primarily due to infidelity; all has been forgiven and never suffered disdain from the great people of Genoa City, never once having to beg from anyone for “a second/third/fourth” chance to be forgiven. Neil and Victor had flaws and done dastardly things…Neil kidnapped Hillary and kept her captive…Victor had a fake Jack hired to terrorize his arch enemy that sexually abused Phyllis and a few other things in his past.… Read more »

Ali, with Christmas and the New Year approaching; I wanted to tell you that I only found your website and podcast this year, 2023. This was with the help of my husband; he is much better with computers than I am! LOL. He actually found your website one day and told me he thought I would really enjoy it. Well, after just a few months of listening to your podcasts and being able to converse with chatters on your website; I just want to say how much I enjoy being part of your chat! You do an amazing job every… Read more »

I feel so sad for the way Tucker is being treated by Devon and Abby. He came to their table at the Athletic Club and said Merry Christmas! They barely made eye contact with him and Devon asked what he wanted. Tucker was again just asking if he could bring by some gifts for his grandson. Devon relented by telling him he would be allowed to bring some gifts; but to keep in mind that it would not reflect a growing relationship between Tucker and Devon. I like Abby and Devon together; and like Abby’s character a lot. But the… Read more »
I agree there was no Christmas cheer. However, I think Tucker gets in his own way with his delivery of the request. It comes off as “I know you are going to say no to this”. Using guilt to ask for time with your grandson isn’t showing your love for him, or willingness to let your issues go for a day.

Loved the scenes with Lauren and Michael on Friday. Loved her beautiful pant suit; she looks great in anything she wears! Love that Y&R continues to let Lauren and Michael stay deeply in love; which was exhibited in the loving and affectionate dialogue between them.

Absolutely loved the scenes on Friday at Daniel’s apartment! Less color, not red and green, but lots of gold with white lights. Masculine for Daniel and really beautifully decorated! My favorite part was the entire family being together, getting along, enjoying each other’s company! Loved them singing together and reminiscing about the good ole days and favorite ornaments from previous Christmas trees. We don’t get these scenes from other Genoa City families; so it was heartwarming to see this family telling each other what they are thankful for. And they said what they are thankful for is each other. Loved… Read more »

I am so glad Y & R has kept Michael and Lauren together all these years. Of course, there was the Carmine oops. I love to see their playfulness and caring. Both Christian LeBlanc and Tracey Bergman add layers of warmth, humor and connection to their acting. I can’t wait to see their marriage renewal. I’ll be sure to bring the tissues.

Some time when the 50th anniversary year was going on, one of the chatters mentioned a podcast that was the audio version of each episode. I really liked that. And wish it could continue.
I had subscribed also and it quit updating for some reason. I would watch the show then listen to the podcast of it as I went about my day.

Looks like the Wisconsin local ‘Breaking News’ website needs a new proofreader. The sentence that starts with ‘McCall’s involvement came later…..’ was written twice in a row. Maybe they needed a bit of padding and they didn’t count on viewers like me actually pausing to read the article, lol 😉

Y&R takes the easy way out with the kidnapping of Claire Grace too ‘awkward’ for the cameras?

Nikki drinking in the stairwell where anyone could easily walk down hahaha. Maybe she can just go to the ladies room to have her drink. If wait… if only there was a set made for the cameraman to follow lol
I was wondering why the writers would have Nikki stop in the stairwell and take a swig in plain sight instead of waiting until she was in the relative privacy of the ladies room. The whole issue of having to create another set never even occurred to me – now it makes sense!
it didn’t occur to me either that Nikki can’t go places to hide due to set limitations. Here I was thinking Nikki was just plain dumb but it’s not her fault.

(Such a poor decision Nikki made. She must have been felling rebellious with her ire up as well as dead drunk when she made it)
A part of me feels this group is only pretending to have fun
(I was referring to the Screenshot of the holiday group at Daniel’s penthouse. Making false merry?
Merry Christmas Ali and to Ali Jr. I hope you have a Blessed holiday. You are our Christmas gift by all the hard work you put into this website!
I love this show BUT I feel like Young & the Restless should be renamed The Old & the Judgmental.
The double standards prevail this season. Victor not trusting Nate even though all the Newman kids have betrayed Victor at least once.
Then you’ve got the Naked Heiress and the guy who stole his blind father’s wife making Tucker practically beg to drop off gifts.
Just sayin…
‘the guy who stole his blind father’s wife’ oh my, thanks for keeping this in the mix!! That storyline was soap opera GOLD!!

At the very least, she could have worn a disguise like Phyllis did while she was eavesdropping at her own memorial! LOL
