With or without a dream sequence, I myself would not gravitate towards always “moody”, always “pouty” Nick!! I would definitely stay with happy go lucky, and always smiling Chance!!

I agree! I liked the episode, but not that Sharon should get back with Nick. He really hurt her when he took up with Phyllis right when she needed him the most when Cassie died. Chance was right there asking her to be with him and she broke up with him. Guess Y&R really want to give Chance and Summer a try.

Lol, the fictional Sharon’s dream was fine by me… a pretense of a pretend person… hmmm. My dreams often make no sense and/or are presented strangely w/people (incl. myself) acting even more strangely – and I am a real person!!! unlike the totally made-up Sharon Rosales-whomever. Bur kudos, as always, to the REAL Sharon (Case)! YnR, I enjoy your show!

Sharon’s dream episode was entertaining. I really enjoyed Tessa and I wish she would start singing at the Jazz club accompanied by the talented guy at the piano.

Sharon’s episode was ok, did she really break up with Chance?

I thought she did actually break up with Chance after she woke from the dream.

Sharon looked particularly angelic during her creepy goth dream. I enjoyed it. I wish she hadn’t broken it off with Chance. But I guess they didn’t want to make Summer a villain. Was there some foreshadowing there though, with the kid?

What I’d love to see is Chance hook up with Audra!

As much as I like Sharon Rosales(I noticed Billy said Newman). The show left me going Blah. It was basically rehashing storylines. They literally re-staged Sharon and Nick’s non wedding from 2018.
I have to be honest the only thing that caught my eye was how good Adam and Tessa looked together. But that is a no, no. Also, I loved Tessa’s two dresses, especially the green one and her performance.

I’ve made it no secret that I don’t like the Nick and Sharon pairing so I wasn’t feeling this episode because it was about her feelings for Nick which to me came out of nowhere. I don’t feel that Nick nor Sharon have given the audience hints that they have romantic feelings for each other as of recently. They’ve just been good friends to each other nothing more nothing less. If they wanted to do a dream sequence thing with Sharon, I would have preferred her love life be left out of it and be about either what she really… Read more »

I agree One Thousand Percent. Especially the part about Sharon’s parents, mainly her Mom. What happened to the woman?

I think Y&R did the reenactment to remind us why NIck and Sharon has broken up in the past but they were not able to use the flashback as it was Gina Tognoni as Phyllis at the time.

Well, that was weird. And ultimately Rey Rosales did not come back from the dead. In the end it had been about Sharon & Chance Chancellor taking charge of their unformed relationship with Sharon dumping him. At least CC had made his position clear in having wanted her over the lesser Summer. What stands out for me is the weirdo (Sharod, apologies) Tessa Porter flipping about like a fairy out of A Midsummer Night’s Dream and why does Sharon insist that she has finally found her ‘niche’ in big business when we all know she is more interesting as the… Read more »

Gary, I am booking my plane ticket. I will find you. But seriously, I get your take, about My Tessa, I just use different language for her such as quirky, peculiar, misfit or “mysteriously alien”, as Mariah called her once, instead of using the more negative connotation of weirdo. Still loving you though, because as you said she did stand out.

I never thought about Rey coming back from the dead. That would’ve been an interesting twist. I thought the episode was as you said “weird”. Because it was Sharon‘s dream, it made perfect sense to me. As Sue W. states in her post, “dreams often make no sense.” I once had a dream about my dear deceased Baba. She came out of my washing machine to tell me how much she loved me. That was definitely weird. Sharon is at a romantic crossroads. I am one of the Sharon and Nick fans that would like to see them together, I… Read more »

Yes, did you think that reenactment wedding up, Josh Griffith? “Weird” is a relative term. That’s how dreams do go but Josh you thought the whole thing up wide awake!

Next week’s previews look amazing! Cole tells Ashley she looks beautiful, and Nikki is definitely intoxicated and will need help from Lauren. And my favorite (I’m still hoping for the reunion) Adam and Sally toast, “To us!”

Sharon’s dream sequence on Friday was so intricately presented! I hope most chatters enjoyed it as much as I did! It had so many moving parts. First of all, it was told like “A Christmas Carol” which I’m sure was the writers’ intent! Also, Sharon Case was amazing to say the very least. And all the other characters played their parts beautifully! The movement of the scenes to different locations made the story spellbinding. At Crimson Lights, Sharon participated in a reenactment of her wedding to Nick. At the Athletic Club, Adam told her that this was her dream in… Read more »

The Sharon dream show gave me an entirely different look at her conversation with Summer, then and especially Chance. I am even more in awe of her for she is so assured of who she is, what she wants and where she is presently in her life. I don’t know what her eventual love life will come to be but she will be a dynamic force to have as well as share their life with. Sharon knows presently that she is okay just where she is now and does not need a love relationship or is striving to “being in… Read more »

I like a triangle – I would like to see Ray and Dylan both have been sent off to an assignment, and come back for “who is really married to Sharon” triangle. Chance will be there too, and THEN shift to Summer.

Friday’s show (I recorded it prior to watching as always) had me fast-forwarding most of the show. I couldn’t believe that most of the show was all about Sharon’s dream. I think she could have “cut to the chase” much sooner if it was all about dumping Chance, which it was. I’m glad now that the way is clear for a Summer and Chance romance (wooo that rhymes 🙂 ) Summer has already made up her mind to follow her mom’s advice to go after him. It remains to be seen I guess if Chance will not be too heart-broken… Read more »

At least Audra Charles gets parents. Tessa Porter has been in Genoa City for 7 Years. And apparently she has no parents. She must have sprouted up from the earth, like the Elfin she is.

They must have been explained & talked about with all the psychological drama involving her sister. I have a feeling the Porter parents were severely lacking. How can you not remember this???

Gary, Tessa mentioned her parents in conversation really only ONCE, in passing with Mariah. They were on the patio at Crimson Lights. She was still looking for Crystal and she stated that her Dad was a low level drug dealer and her Mother was an addict. And that the reason she left home was because the men doing business with her Father started looking at her differently. But even then, most of that conversation reverted back to Mariah’s journey and how she came to be in GC and finally finding out that Sharon is her Mother. (Something that most of… Read more »

If they get Audra away from both Tucker and Kyle and give her more depth, I could get into the character. I hope we are seeing nuggets of Audra being more than just a one dimensional vixen. I still think Y&R missed the boat on having Audra and Elena have a real friendship. But at the same time I like her dynamic with Nate especially since they are trying to redeem him. Maybe a redeemed Nate can actually be a good influence on Audra instead of her trying to corrupt him.

I had wanted to see Sharon with Adam when he first came back to the show. The show decided to go in a different direction as he was with Chelsea and now back with Sally. I really would love to see Sharon in a relationship with Billy. I think they would have a lot of chemistry together! Billy is a bad boy type that Sharon also finds attractive as we have seen from her history with men. I don’t find Billy and Chelsea very exciting and definitely think Sharon and Billy make a better match. They can keep each other… Read more »

NIck could develop feelings for Audra as the two of them work together to help Nikki with her alcoholism .Audra can sympathize and bond with NIck as she understands what Nick is going through with his mother just as she has experienced the same thing with her father and his addiction to alcohol.
