I agree, don’t need Ian back and pushing Mariah to kidnap Dominic. Where is that coming from? She has her own daughter who she abandoned. Thank God Aria has Tessa
I would not care if Billy never works again
I like Billy that he always tries to do what he wants but he is too obsessive. Not sure what will happen when Jill finds out Billy is taking over Chancellor. Hope he can make a go of it this time
Okay, we need to discuss aging up the kids or is it just our mind playing tricks on us because they haven’t been on screen in far too long? Maybe a little of both? I think the last time we saw Dominic and Aria together, it was a picnic in the park, two summers ago?? They are about a year apart in age and Aria was under 2 in that scene and Dominic would have been about 3. They aged Dominic so Mariah can kidnap him. Aria may age a bit older. Christian is never on, don’t even remember him . They should recast Christian age him a bit and give him a storyline.
Amy always makes my day better, Audra and her beginning to make amends is the highlight of the day for me. My girl Audra is a complicated hot mess but, she is her best when Amy is there to guide her because Amy sees the hurt little girl as well as the conniving schemer. I loved the family unit that Nate, Audra, and Amy had formed and it felt like a divorce when it ended. Today, felt like a step into healing. Well…hunkered in for a crazy Winter storm and tuned into GH (for the 1st time ever for more than a hot minute) because I’d read there’d be a tribute to A.Geary. I’ve always had fomo re: his appeal, so I wanted to check it out. (Yes, he had a polarizing storyline back in the day, but sigh… Idc!…just look to observe his skills.) For the life of me, I can’t come up with a good reason why TPTB are refusing to mention the Marco incident as Victor’s number one crime against Phyllis. Her hunger for vengeance against The Mustache is completely justified, in my opinion, for that sin alone! Phyllis is my girl for life!!! Get em Red!!!
The Mariah arc is so nutty. Ian Ward is so out of place. I don’t know what Y&R is thinking. The show needs to be revamped.
This supersedes what I wrote above. Mariah kidnapped Dominic? Why? Why? Why? Where is this obsession coming from? And so fast! I’ve answered my own earlier curiosity that Mariah would try to win a custody of Dominic.via Christine. This seals her fate. A kidnapping involving ABBY & that Devon would have to be short term unless it spirals somewhere else involving them. She’s a good supporting character. But sorry not sorry that the character doesn’t interest me enough to get a front-burner storyline. She has fervent reactions – which are a critical soap component.
Friday she outdid herself with the “fervent reactions”. (What does the word ‘fervent’ mean?, but I get it) Yes, SueW, I recall that you are not an Amy fan, burning your emotions out on folks like Billy & Roger Howarth. Hurmuph….
Audra speaking with Amy brought me to immediate tears! They were so guarded and hurt. They meant so much to each other before Audra made every wrong decision. Amy gave her no grace at all. I was surprised at first, but then after thinking about it, Audra was horrible and tried to gaslight everyone. The scenes with Nate and Amy were wonderful! It is pissing me off, that ALL these people believe that Billy should turn down taking Chancellor.

I knew Mariah was in that GC Hotel Room, that Ian and Jordan was at.
So, Now she is going to go after Dominic. This storyline is three years too late. And of course it happens without her and Tessa being a couple.
Once again a storyline being written that should have taken place when Teriah was a couple.
WHAT? How can Mariah go after Dominic when she abandoned her own daughter Aria? And she with a hearing disorder! How is that going to work? What court in the land? Soap opera court! Sharod, I don’t know if this is from today’s episode or you are just supposing… Sounds like more mental health issues from crazy Mariah….
This kidnapping makes no sense. The viewers only found out today Mariah has been thinking of Dominic. If Mariah was fixated on him, she would be calling him Bowie not Dominic. I’ve complained about the writers before, but it bears repeating. Please learn to write some only plot lines than kidnappings. We started with Matt this year and now a little boy. Please write a story with a steamy affair or a pregnancy with an unknown paternity. Enough with the kidnappings, please.

Another side bar note in response to Victoria’s lost soul accusations and her phone call and shameful sabotage of a family in crisis. When Phyllis or Cane retaliate and we all know it will probably be Phyllis that will confront Claire,Johnny, and Katie to notify them about Victor and Nick’s soulless kidnapping/murder plot and encourage them to end their relationship with their grandfather and uncle? What goes around comes around Victoria and this revenge call will not age well and your actions will have backlash consequences.
The main thing I learned from the Billy/Chelsea flashbacks is that Sally has incredibly unfortunate wardrobe choices.
