My goodness! We really saw the real Tara Locke. I hope Summer doesn’t take that job. And yeah, I now believe that Tara may have tampered with the paternity test.
To add to this comment, the show is so good! Better than the past few months. Drama and everything. Who was that shadow in front of Abby? Will Summer accept the job? What does Christine know about Chance? Yesterday’s cliffhanger makes all of us viewers so curious.

Could be. But, Donny Boaz has another project. So, if Y&R shows Chance, he could be played by Melissa’s husband, just like last time.
I absolutely hate that we will now go into classic soap opera formula where FOR THE LOVE OF KYLE Summer will keep mum and just go away, probably. Such a poor choice for absolutely everyone involved. Summer sees this now, in the moment but shortly will acquiesce to all of Tara’s demands. And they are demands. ‘For the love of Kyle’ so absurd and such a weak premise. And I have just never found the character of Summer all that knoble. How great it would be if Summer just went to Kyle (and Jack) and told all of her conversation… Read more »
Summer needs to be strong. What happened to the Summer that slapped Sally weeks ago? She seems so frightened of Tara now. I agree that Summer should have just told Kyle. She should have just told Kyle in the Grand Phoenix before he left, I’m sure he would have gone to the sleepover with Harrison, then Kyle could have just spoke with Tara. But, let’s see what happens next on Y&R. I do hope it won’t keep on going this way, “I’ll be damned” if Kyle & Summer break up again. I’m sick of it! Haha!
Yes- COMPLETELY unbelievable reactions from Summer. I can only surmise she’s actually leaving the show. I think Tara has better defined her own goal now (Kyle) and is going to take any opportunity that presents itself (Sally) to serve her purpose. However, I’m leaning more and more toward maybe? Ashland and Tara ARE in whatever this is together that will eventually come to a head… Victoria will be devastated, and Billy will go back to her. And Tara Locke who doesn’t know Summer well is certainly counting on a lot in taking the leap of faith that because Summer loves Kyle so much she will want him to be happy and have his son so she will obediently take the job in Italy as ordered… Good luck in being sure of that! Most women don’t roll over and play dead, but perhaps because Summer has worked so hard to project an even, accommodating tone with Tara ‘for the love of Kyle’ Tara has misjudged Summer believing her more passive than she actually is. I don’t especially like the character of Summer, but she has risen to the occasion of smarty being an adult with the arrival of the Lockes which is her saving grace. Tara and Sally are playing with the wrong women. Summer will tell her mom and Phyllis will put a stop to all of their plans. She will take no prisoners!
Well, I don’t know about that (in what time frame?) but that would be great. It would be a lot more fun to see Phyllis settle Tara Locke’s hash than Summer!

I think that the writers slash producers NEED to come up with a better storyline than mamma bear to Summer. Michelle Stafford is an excellent and PROUD actress. She deserves more than a hotel custody fight with Abby and or Victoria. Remember when she bought dinasour bones online? RIDICULOUS! Y and R had better come up with something for her or she may BOLT. Stafford wants more than a paycheck. She wants grit. Something she can really sink her teeth into. I, for one love her on my screen. I want MORE!

In regards to Michelle Stafford. Even though I love her nuance as an actress. I must disagree about her needing a gritter part to play. She had that on General Hospital. She came back to Y&R, because they offered her more money.

Victoria may think she’s playing Locke, but I’m wondering if Locke is playing them all? The way he’s handling his illness – being so forthright about it and joking, etc – doesn’t seem in line with his reputation. Something is off. Whatever it is, I hope the two truly fall madly in love. They make a great pair!
Didn’t anyone else feel like we got ripped off with the kiss between Victoria and Ashland. I thought we may have seen some sort of romance. It would have been nice to see Victoria and Ashland kissing or some sort of illusion that it was taking place. Very disappointing. I know it’s because of covid, but it is still disappointing.
Nate looked really hot as he lay on the couch at Society. I am sure Elena thought so too.
I loved Elena’s mini skirt and blouse this week. It was a very cute outfit and Elena wore it well. Her outfit looked like a 70’s style which I like. It looked like an outfit Marsha Brady would wear!
Elena did look adorable… and showing off those killer legs! I also liked seeing Abby in just simple jeans and a tank for a change. Much more believable than some of the “everday” clothes she wears outside of work.
I am really hoping for Richard to still be alive somehow. Maybe Sutton faked his death and has him locked up somewhere, or maybe he faked his own death to escape real death, or the classic presumed dead but alive with amnesia. All the while Sutton knows the truth, and most likely Naya does too.
Love that theory! I too had been thinking in the beginning that Richard is alive!
Oh boy, Tara is diving in to make things happen for herself now. Lovely and classy… and not afraid to pull out her very sharp claws. I still maintain this was not pre -planned? Don’t think she knew Ashland was dying (assuming he actually is), nor how the custody battle would play out. Lovely and classy are not words I would use to describe Tara Locke, but devious, conniving and witchy with a “B” are. As for keeping Harrison from Kyle. She Already Did. For three years. As far as Ashland Locke, I don’t believe he is dying either and actually I think Tara knows this. I still truly believe that this couple is pulling a fast one, on the residents of Genoa City.
It would be so juicy (and actually hilarious) if the Lockes are really putting all (well, most) of GC under a devious spell to permanently turn everyones’ personal and business lives inside-out. If that’s the case, gotta respect anyone who can pull the wool over both the Newman and Abbott dynasties (each w/pretty dastardly players themselves!). Still don’t think Tara would have now brought Harrison into Kyle and the Abbott’s lives just to yank him out- primarily as It would hurt the little boy and I just can’t see her outright damaging his little heart. I can’t believe the way Tara was speaking to Summer. She kept telling Summer she “will” take the job in Milan. If I were Summer, I would have been saying “excuse me”. Tara sure has a lot of nerve. It’s unbelievable! If I were Summer, I would not be intimidated by Tara’s threats to never see Harrison again. I don’t know how Tara thinks she can go into hiding forever. I saw some chatters mentioning to watch out for Phylllis if she ever found out about Tara’s threats and plans. I also think NIck would be very intimidating to Tara.… Read more »
I hope Elena sticks around. I really like her character and am interested in seeing her relationship with Nate progress. I wasn’t very interested in their relationship before, but now like to see

Summer is in quite a dilemma. Right now she is acting from her emotions and not channeling her devious nature. I hope when the dust settles, Summer goes to Ashland to hatch a plan. Who better to arm and forewarn Summer that following Amanda’s threats would be much worse for Kyle than facing her demands straight on.
