So Alan/Martin has the technical wherewithal to pull off this amazing escape room, but doesn’t know how to change notification settings on his iPhone?

I think he just didn’t think Tracy would find his phone, but she did ,so now he has to lie his way out of it

Yay! The escape room/kidnapping portion of the story is behind us and now we can move on to the long awaited Alan/Martin mystery. The voice has a face and in true soap drama, the face has a twin.

Ali, Everythings coming up roses! Traci’s top in your recent screen shot was black with red roses–reminiscent of your robe you wore in your podcast two weeks ago.

I can’t lie.. I don’t miss Abby at all. I am glad her character is off the show for now. I do, however, miss Cole. I hope he comes back soon. He needs to be around when Claire decides to possibly make some wrong choices. I look forward to seeing what happens with the love triangle between Claire, Summer and Kyle!

If you notice, there is no Victoria either. Where is Amelia Heinle? Did she move to Tennessee with Melissa Ordway and Tracey Bregman.

I really like the new decor at the old Newman Ranch house where Adam and Chelsea live. It really has a ranch feel to it now with the new furniture. The darker colours and the leather couch look so much better. I was not very keen on Adam and Chelsea moving in there as I didn’t like the ranch set there very much. It now has a much better look and feel to it. Thank you Y&R for all of your hard work with the new sets!

Initially, I didn’t want to see Alan being the one behind the Sharon and Phyllis kidnapping and psychotic game because I wanted to see Traci having a love life. But now that it has been revealed to be Alan as some speculated, I find the story and him much more interesting! Alan was becoming a little much with his sugary sweet character who was moving so quickly in his relationship with Traci. His character was becoming a little nauseating. I feel like now there is some exciting new drama on the show, which is what was needed to balance out… Read more »

I think it’s Martin, maybe he really does love Tracy. But look what he did to Sharon and Phyllis. I read that Chance sees Alan on camera at a store near the clinic and has to stop him from going to Paris with Tracy. That should be good. Poor Tracy never gets a break in life.

I feel like these is one major problem with the gameplan to reunite Phyllis and Sharon. They saved each other’s lives, but the reality is that even if they really did completely despise one another, the other person would not want that person dead. I say this because there is no way that either one of them would want to be stuck in there alone without each other. As human beings, there isn’t anyone that would want to be trapped in that old psychiatric hospital by themselves. The mental torture would be horrific as Sharon would know first. Every minute… Read more »

How did Sharon’s heart start pumping again? If I heard Phyllis right, she first said that Sharon doesn’t have a pulse. I thought when she rechecked Sharon, I heard her say that she now has a pulse. How? Regardless, if Sharon’s heart stopped, Phyllis doing CPR would also not help her. The only thing that will start a heart again is a defibrillator. Phyllis told Sharon that she had died. I am confused by how this played out? Having said that, Phyllis was administering the CPR incorrectly. I know this because I just renewed my CPR certification. You count to… Read more »

I’m a nurse, just doing chest compressions can keep someone alive getting blood pumped to circulate but Phyllis didn’t do it right, it’s not 4 reps it’s 10. But I guess it worked for Y&R purposes.

Sharon and Phyllis’s tantrum was pretty funny. When Phyllis said their family was scarred for life, she was so right. If any real person had as much happen to them, there would be no coming back. The ladies seemed a little drunk.

They jiggled that locked doorknob for a very long time!

Yet again, no one goes to the hospital short of a gunshot wound.

Interesting how we have the high drama of our heroes (Billy) trying to bust into Havenhurst – complete with all the classic high stakes suspense, all the while we in the audience know S&P are in no immediate danger at all. That’s how i like my heroics. Stress free! Is Traci’s engagement a long term story arc of deception or are they wrapping it up right now? I haven’t seen the complete episode but I’d guess that while Traci seems to have uncovered something about Alan not sitting right it will be glossed past as their romance continues. In Traci… Read more »

Sharon has a thermos for her weapon of choice and she doesn’t even grip it by the handle. Phyllis has an unknown object for her self-defense.

That was kind of fun and played for laughs with the pathos.

Sharon seems so innocent and open to barrying the hatchet with Phyllis.

Yes, I want to see Phyllis & Sharon as intimates and best friends to each other. I like to see Adam and Victor in simpatico. The thing is when you mend those relationships there is no conflict which you have to have for a never ending story. which is the soap. BUT – in bringing these duo’s together what you loose in rage you get something even more rich to play in them getting along. Its a trade off.

Alan/Martin is a super villain with a brilliantly diabolical plan for Sharon and Phyllis…. Yet he stupidly doesn’t mute his notifications and leaves his phone laying around for others to view.

Does Alan (Martin) really love Traci? Or has she incurred the wrath of her fiance by looking at his phone?

It was so good to see Sharon and Phyllis at the Ranch recounting their capture; and behaving as if they were two old friends retelling the horror they had endured together. While talking to Nick, Billy and Chance, the best part was when they both realized that their captor has not been found out yet; and they are both still in danger.

Friday’s show was really enjoyable! My only complaint is the fact that Chance is never given the opportunity to be really involved with any story, or case, or dilemma. Nick was playing the role of Chance as he seemed to be shouting out all the orders and breaking the door down! And threatening to call in his dad’s security team. I really love both Billy and Nick; but there has to be a way to write in more dialogue and action for Chance. He is idle much of the time; and just stands to the side in many scenes! Any… Read more »

There’s no reason for Chance to be a bystander. Not sure why the writers minimize his role. Even the questioning is not done by Chance. I’m really afraid for Traci. Maybe all this silly drama with P & S is a buildup for the kidnapping and tormenting of Traci, darn it. I don’t think I can bear that.
