I am feeling nothing with the Conner story. I want it to end. I think I read Chelsea is leaving y and r soon so not sure what will transpire. It is a lame way to get sympathy by not showing all the action. It’s off camera and all u see is these two whiney, needy parents freaking out. I am sorry but I don’t feel sad. I just feel annoyed that I could be watching Audra flirt with Nate or Phyllis and Nick having some sex in the bathroom.

Sally is one of my favorites and I am glad to see her doing more than just being Adam’s ear piece. I was so happy when she apologized to Chloe. I was disappointed in her previously for how she dumped her best friend who had been there with her through a lot. It was great to see them make up. I have always been a huge fan of the female friendships like Olivia and Ashley or Sharon and Dru and now Sally and Chloe and Audra. The problem now is her love life. This may be an unpopular opinion but… Read more »

Who said it? Ali always asks us to guess. Truly, I usually do guess. And often I guess wrong. If I don’t know for sure, I guess who I think would be likely to have said it. This week is truly did remember who said it. I’m proud of myself.

I listened to theory that Allan could be the cause of Ashley’s distress. He is taking her back to Paris. Presuming he will persuade Tracy not to go. … Meanwhile, Tucker and Audra were supposed to go to Paris, which now they are not. A sad Tucker might just go to Paris alone, and save Ashley from whatever is going on. I like Tucker and Ashley.

At first, I felt that Cole should have immediately gotten the authorities involved once he discovered Jordan but now, I feel that he handled it perfectly by getting Michael Baldwin involved. Monday’s episode has Cole and Michael finally talking some sense into Victor. They are successful in keeping Victor’s nose clean and out of prison. Yes, I was able to look ahead to Monday’s episode and it is “must-see-tv”. 🙂

As someone who practised criminal law for many years, it seems like a very bad idea getting your lawyer involved in the crime and the ensuring coverup. The three of them and Jordan should share a cell for the foreseeable future.

Point well-taken. In the real world, that truly is abad idea. Sort of reminds me of the present day shenanigans we’re facing in the USA today.

In every profession there are “crooked” and sleazy characters, or players if you will. It happens in real life just like it happens in SOAPS. I can overlook the storyline to get a chance to watch three of my favorite Y&R male characters in as many scenes as I can!!

Clever writers or best adlib from Victor ever when he is able to use the title of his book in the basement scene! When Michael tells Jordan that he and Cole are taking her to a real jail; Victor says, “I’ll Be Damned” if I allow that to happen!!!

My latest idea about Alan and Ashley came to me when I was watching the previews for next week! Like you said, Ali, Alan has really done nothing so far! But in the previews, he tells Ashley that the fact that her multiple personalities exist is because something is terribly wrong. I think he is trying to gain her confidence so she will go back to Paris with him. In Paris he would have much more control over her! My other thought is that he is actually the person that has caused Ashley the dilemma that she is in now.… Read more »

Could we not have put Victor’s secret escape door maybe down a second or third hallway at the ranch? . It’s literally right around the corner of the main living area of the house!! For every time someone walked down that one itty bitty short hallway to the secret door, I could totally have appreciated a second scene of them just walking down a second hallway. Bury that door just a little bit deeper within the ranch! The door also opens SO EASILY!!! You’re telling me that no one has accidentally bumped into that part of the hallway in all… Read more »

Claire needs to give up her dream of working with children. Doesn’t she have a criminal record? This would never happen if her previous crimes are on record. It doesn’t matter if she says she has changed. The law doesn’t care. You can’t put little children at risk just because you say you have changed. Maybe over a certain period of time, I am not sure. Definitely not this soon! All of Genoa City is crazy to think Claire should ever be left alone with a child. Summer looks like she is starting to come around to having Claire be… Read more »

Help me remember…Was Claire charged with a felony? Did Michael have her charges reduced to a misdemeanor or have her record expunged? I am unclear about her record after Michael’s legal intervention.

I think she probably does not have a record. She went to the mental facility instead of prison because she was not held accountable for her actions. I can understand her dream of wanting to work with children but I don’t understand why anyone would think this was a good idea other than her parents. She is likely reformed but if I was a parent, I wouldn’t take my chances. In reality, that would make any parent neglectful by ignoring the facts.

Thanks for clarification! I agree with Summer, she shouldn’t be Harrison’s nanny, but supervised visits and phone calls might ease his mind about the trauma they experienced together. However, Kyle was wrong to suggest to Harrison that Claire could be his nanny and he needs to back off on this crazy idea.

I love the sense of humor Michael’s character brings to the show. He is so loveable and funny. His attitude when Cole brought Michael down to the dungeon was priceless. I can’t wait to hear what he has to say to Victor. He is a great actor who adds so much to the show when he is on. He is still one of my favourite characters on the show since his first appearance. I loved him as a bad guy and love him still now. I hope he stays on for many years to come!

No worries. Christin LeBlanc has a life long contract. He works as often as he wants. The same with Kate Linder(Esther). They get paid regardless, if they are on the screen.

There is a slight flaw I must point out this week. Victor finds out about Cole and Michael going down into the dungeon, as we see he has a sensor on the wall that alerts his phone. Why did this sensor not alert Victor’s phone when Cole first when down there on his own?

To me it wasn’t a flaw….probably it was not activated until Victor was suspicious that someone had breached and entered the wine cellar prison; no reason prior to that since he was the only one going there and knew of the hidden prison holding Jordan. He asked Jordan who had been there and she didn’t tell him anything and he was suspicious of Cole since he asked and/or told Victor he was hiding something. So probably Victor activated the sensor to “catch” the intruder……eureka, it was as he thought….Cole with a bonus, Michael Baldwin.

For the first time, we now hear Traci asking Alan if Ashley’s previous brain tumor could have anything to do with her D.I.D. This has never been mentioned at all throughout Ashley’s mental issues. Billy had spoken to Traci about how he had experienced blackouts just like Ashley and her previous miscarriage and mental breakdown was also brought up in conversation. Ali recently read a comment I had made about remembering Ashley having a brain tumor when she was married to the previous actor who played Tucker, Stephen Nichols. He and Ashley were hiding the fact she had a brain… Read more »

Ashley always seems to get a splitting head-ache when she switches ‘alters.’ Is this a thing that actually happens in real-life DID instances? I don’t recall Billy being thus afflicted… anyway, I know nothing of DID or Split Personality or whatever her issue is: except for what I saw Sally Field portray as ‘Sybil’… and that was a zillion moons ago… and I definitely don’t remember those particulars.
