Oh sure, nothing says lasting love like Kyle sweating to win over a grandfather who loathes the Abbotts—especially Jack. And Claire? She’s practically doing cartwheels to impress him. As if a gift to Nikki will magically make Victor ship this mess.
This idea of Claire’s won’t work, she is going to be very disappointed after organizing all this when Victor still hates Kyle
My favorite gift Nikki received so far is the memory box from the kids. I’m a sucker for something heartfelt. It’s truly the only priceless gift for a woman who can have anything.

The scuttlebutt is Dumas will be Cain. I hope that brings the twins back. Also I would like to see a Lily/Cain/Amanda triangle. I hope it’s really revealed on 6/13 and not prolonged.
I would love to have Cain be the mysterious Dumas. Lily/Cain/Amanda triangle would improve the interest and give a reason for the twins to be back home.
I also heard this. Was not a big fan of Cane, now will have to recast too, former actor is on GH now. I don’t care who is Dumas just that they reveal who he is, has been too long already

Thanks, Sherrita! While I did always enjoy Brad Carlton on YnR, I cannot imagine BnB w/out Dollar Bill! Say what one may about the character, lol, the actor portrays him perfectly.

As a Ferrari aficionado, undoubtedly Nick’s first thought was: Series I, or the rarer Series II? Like Nick, I hadn’t realized one was for sale, the last being s/n 3765LM sold for $ 51,705,000 in 2023.
Even though I sold my 1981 Mustang and 1989 Golf Cabriolet, driving a 5 speed manual is like riding a bicycle. Nikki can invite me anytime to take it on a test run!

I feel the need to be honest about my feelings about Harrison. I find him to be a little annoying at times. Very sorry to say. For one, I don’t know what he is saying half of the time. He talks very quickly and not very clearly. I always have to put on the closed captioning whenever he comes on the screen. I also find his acting to be a little over the top and not authentic. I know he’s a kid, but there are kids who can act amazingly and are natural in doing so. I found the scenes… Read more »
I think you have summed up the problem with that scene. Inauthentic lines or behaviors that are definitely not child like at all being delivered by a child actor won’t work. Let Harrison be a little kid on a picnic, not an actor with a plot point line to deliver in a scene.
I completely agree. All your points are my pet peeves with child actors on soaps. And those who actually act like kids (i.e. the 1st Harrison – conscious of the camera w/a ‘what am I doing here’ look, lol) just amp up the adult cast to overact. Fans complain it’s not realistic to not show characters’ kids, but I rarely find those kids/actions/dialogues to be realistic. Imho, reference to the off-screen kid characters along w/ their occasional, but brief (silent?) appearances work the best, lol. (And yes, I ALREADY know there have been exceptions!)

I wasn’t sure about Niki’s birthday hair until I saw the sides and back. Then I loved it.
Hard to believe she wanted that car since she was a teenager and she was that excited about it, seems like she would have already gotten it at some point with all their billions of dollars.

I am looking forward to seeing what else Victor is giving for Nikki’s birthday. I thought the vintage, fully restored dream Ferrari was the big gift. Apparently Nikki had exquisite taste even as a teen. I dreamed of a car that started on the first try!
let’s talk party fashion: best dressed goes to Nikki and worst dressed goes to Sharon. The cut on Sharon’s outfit was not flattering while Nikki’s accentuated all her curves and made them perky!
Don’t forget Victoria in the matronly dress with an everyday braided hairstyle.
Sharon’s wardrobe person is secretly rooting for Phyllis to win Nick. They keep dressing Sharon in very unattractive attire. It is tough to make Sharon Case look unappealing, but they are excelling at it.
I agree , Nikki looked the best, Afterall it was her birthday! Didn’t like Sharon or Abby’s outfits

I always love kids on the set and the park scenes are the most realistic portrayals but, Harrison’s first day at the park was a mixed bag for me. I did appreciate the humorous family scenes that did ring so true when observing a young child leading a project brainstorming process and it was too cute. I loved the family banter and tease about the gift for Gigi not being a selfish one and to guide Harrison into a homemade gift from the heart. Harrison started getting on my nerves with that constant up beat lilt in his voice.
The miniature version of Eddie Haskell on Leave it to Beaver comes to mind.
