I voted no, didn’t like the whole twin thing with Alan and Martin, seemed contrived. And I’m not convinced it’s over, maybe it was Alan who didn’t make it, Martin impersonated him before and he said he always wanted to be an only child and now he could be. Guess time will tell
I voted yes Jack and Diane will stay together. Diane had to try very hard to get Jack, she is not going to take a chance of losing him, especially since jack agreed not to be Nikki’s sponsor
FYI……..Happy Anniversary for two Y&R actors this month!!! As of today, June 1, Bryton James is celebrating 20 years with the soap according to Soap Opera Central and Joshua Morrow, on June 21will be celebrating 30 years as noted in an article in TV Guide!! Congratulations gentlemen on your many years providing wonderful entertainment to the show.
This is how Victor works his mind games on the people he has grudges against—-He sat down at the table with Diane to ask her how it feels having Jack and Kyle in charge, instead of her! And he also reminds her that Jack is weak! And that she used to be strong! Then he speaks to Kyle at the Abbott mansion asking him if he would like to be in charge instead of his mom and dad! Victor visited the Abbotts with news about the Jordan River Crossing and enjoyed cookies with his great grandson (he had a paper napkin placed on his knee for catching crumbs). He stopped by the Athletic Club to remind Diane to stop being a weakling and become her old viper self. Victor then fires Michael Baldwin on his way out. Welcome Back, Victor! Let the mind games begin!!

Where is Elena? She has been M.I.A for a while. I hope we find out that Elena has secretly been plotting revenge on Nate after their very bitter break up. This would be a very unexpected plot twist. I still remember Elena telling Nate that his relationship with Victoria would blow up in his face. (not exactly those words) I haven’t forgotten how angry Elena was with Nate. Really enjoyed the Friday show. Jack & Nikki hit just the right note, while smarmy Michael Baldwin highlights for Diane the bond J&N share. This must not be over. Josh Griffith probably couln’t validate keeping Jack on as Nikki’s sponsor so he will have to weave a different route around for those two. Victor confronting Diane was the ultimate. Diane is sophisticated and Victor is a gangster. The Summer woman needs someone to fell better than and victimized by but the great Sally Spectra got the job. I must say I am disappointed that it seems LIly will not be fighting against Daniel’s lawsuit anymore. It seems that Y&R has decided not to follow through on this . It seems the focus is on Billy and Jill and the changes to the company now. I was looking forward to seeing LIly take on Daniel and Heather in court in order to hang on to the Princess Louisa game. It would have been fun drama to watch. We have not seen Heather on the show in a while. I hope Y&R changes their mind and decides to continue… Read more »
It’s always surprising when so many directions are dropped. Like real life, its not a complaint. In olden days there was a storyline premise that always went full speed ahead. No waffling or reconsidering.

Finish watching Thursday’s episode, why is summer wearing a dress to work . I am glad Jack in the end decided to not be Nikki’s sponsor because that would be a bad idea for him to be Nikki’s sponsor again. So, Sharod… I am always behind in epsodes… but wow, I am loving the vibe I caught between Daniel and Tessa! Am I behind the times… ? (Even if I am, wow: Tessa and Daniel would be hot- and set up s very soapy, messy story!)
Don’t talk about fashion. People will be offended by this but why does Summer go off to work dressed like a call girl on Thursday morning? Look to Claire Grace to set the exzample.for a young mind.
Her outfit definitely did not portray professional business attire, but her business is high fashion and she gets a pass because she might be trying to impress a client. Having said that, I think she was trying to show dominant authority with a leather dress, strict instructions about brownie consumption, orders about not leaving the property, and that she would be in charge of selecting the booster seat. Who’s the boss was the goal.
This poll was tricky for me… (Disclaimer: not caught up on episides, nor have I listened to the latest Chat…) My “Yes” is based on real-life parenting… understanding it to be a lifetime sentence of 2nd-guessing! Parenting, when made of sound, sincere mind in the best (subjective, but also legal…) interest of the child, is always up for debate. (Ugh, sorry for the crappy, run-together nonsense at the end… I know better. Grammar, sigh… PUH-LEEZ keep the bar high… it’s my real world pet peeve!). Chelsea and Adam may well be wrong – or may well be right… they are each giving genuine and desperate love and support to Connor… and that’s all I can respect. I’ve seen plenty of ‘professional support’ in such circumstances fail. There is no incorrect/correct answer… or else there’d be no issues. (PROVE me wrong.

I’m really enjoying Diane! Good for her! I’m also enjoying little Harrison so much! That little actor is a joy to watch and is as cute and natural in front of the camera as little Opie Taylor from years ago.
He is cute. But, blech, I am not a fan of any kids on soap operas.. . (sigh… open for discussion if we must..)

Only Connor, at this point, has any credibility. I must show restraint in my new Harrison comments but let me observe that nannying him must be exzausting. Where are all the mean nannies like Katie Nanna from Mary Poppins? Yeah! We are in Paris and have two new sets that are bright and pleasant One of my favorite constants on this show are the use of fabulous floral arrangements that add such beauty to the sets.
