I VOTED “YES” that Chance will be an executive under the “CW UMBRELLA”. However, the jury is still out on whether he will be successful. Also, should he eventually get romantically involved with Summer, it would give them more in common…..executive to executive. Sharon will land somewhere eventually. She always does.

Just a quick Thanksgiving dinner comment. I agree that turkey is not a good choice. And every pumpkin pie recipe calls for 4-5 eggs. That makes it slimy and custardy. Nope, just one egg!

I was able to look ahead to Monday’s episode (November 27). WOW! Much will be revealed! Now I can’t wait to see what happens Tuesday! I will leave it there….don’t need to spoil the fun!

Watching the classic episode was really fun. The story lines were exciting and dramatic and everyone had a home. When characters wanted to see one another they went to their homes. We saw Victor’s apartment, the Newman Ranch including Victoria’s bedroom, Ryan’s place, Nina at home in her bed, Michael’s place or hotel, I am not sure. Lauren was living in a hotel, and it was very large. It always makes the characters feel more believable and real by seeing them with their kids in their homes.

I think that closing comment at the end of Y&R previews on Wed.. was proably the most shocking sentence in the history of Y&R. Nick couldn’t hide his fright, but Victoria and her daddy are such poker faces.

What a great classic episode they had on Y&R today. I’m sorry for anyone who wasn’t able to catch it. I checked my Paramount+ and it wasn’t available. Fortunately, I was able to watch it on my friend’s cable. Y&R had so many great stories going at the same time. In this one episode we had 1. Victoria separating from Ryan and moving back to the ranch for a few days. While downstairs a pregnant Nikki and her husband, Jack talk about their hopes for Victoria to leave Ryan 2. Nina, acting as a seductress, at Gina’s and later in… Read more »
I agree. So many great storylines at once. Y&R has way too many storylines about business and large corporations and a whole lot of nothing actually going on. It is mainly the characters trying to convince the other characters to come and work with them and everybody job hopping from place to place. Y&R needs to look into following the old clasic episodes and recreating how the show was once done.

Does anyone have some hairspray I can borrow? A giant can of Aquanet maximum hold would be best. My hair definitely needs to be big, bigger, BIGGEST! It’s all the rage in Genoa City!
I can probably scrounge up an old can. My, oh, my all the women had big, big hair. Did you notice Nikki’s shoulder pads? Fashion, sometimes hits a miss.

Seeing Victor in his prime makes me realize how much he has changed. Time catches up with us all. And young Traci was so beautiful! I can’t believe they wrote her character as a person who felt insecure about her looks—ridiculous.
There was a time period where Traci was self conscious because she was overweight and Lauren was right there to remind Traci of this. It also didn’t help that her own dad called her sister “my beauty” all the time while Traci didn’t have a nickname that I recall. If she did have one, it wasn’t anything flattering like Ashley’s. Having said that, overweight or not, Traci always got the hot guys; Brad, Danny and not too long ago Cane. Go Traci Go!

Young lad Nick—that’s weird. Both to see Grandpa Nick as a young boy and to see a child on YR. There used to be whole families seen on a regular basis—not just adults in hotels and restaurants.
That was my main attraction to this show. It really did center around family. Ironically all the other soaps still actually do, in some ways. B&B and DAYS have two of their young males ages 11 & 8 up for Daytime Emmy Awards. Scheduled to air on CBS, Friday, 12/15/2023.
Side Note: I wonder if Camryn Grimes(Cassie/Mariah) is rooting for the 11 year old from B&B. Because as of now, she holds the record for the youngest Emmy Winner at age 10. Just Kidding. Kind of.
I would love to see more of the kids on the show to make it believable They is sihg with a lot of emtion.

Looking at the preview with the Newmans about to be having heart attacks, I think Adam will come to the rescue and then be the fav Newman by everyone in the family. The heart attack drug only works on people with a heart. Ask the Tin Man.

Adam stepping in and saving all the Newmans from that demonic witches coven is the most glorious thing I could ever imagine. HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYONE!

Did I hear Diane correct, she said it was Kyle’s plan when he met up with Audra and then Tucker!? And then she is now worried about him being a mole??? Ummm Diane, Kyle wanted to tell Jack and it was YOUR idea to have him be a mole with Audra and Tucker to take them down so Jack will be so grateful and give Kyle the co-CEO spot.
