Oh Nate as I said earlier, you forgot who and where you are employed…Newman Enterprise that is a family business with the head guy in charge always named Victor who has enormous pride and possessiveness of his business establishment. You strutted around and puffed out your chest, thinking you had the “in” through the daughter and the confidence of the father/owner/CEO. You have been fired; you were ultimately gaslighted; never fully trusted so will you go back to you family as Mamie wants you to do and tell them honestly why you left Newman Enterprise. Will Devon and Lily take… Read more »

This is Sunday. I tuned into Y&R Chat on what was YouTube and now here and the audio was but a whisper. One person checking in and I doubt it is just me.
Try watching it on this website. The audio was fine.

I voted Kyle has a plan. I don’t want to believe he would betray Jack and Jabot. He will turn against Tucker. He already looks pained at what he is supposed to do.. He will betray Tucker not jack

Tucker hid his pain well all the time he met with Ashley. Then when leaving he let go and cried over possibly the lost or what was or what could have been. He had pursued Ashley, seeking her out and put all he had into getting her back. He earnestly wanted a life with her again, sold McCall Industries and made plans to start their own thing outside of any other obligations, no Jabot, as promised by Ashley. She changed the game….surprised on how Tucker reacted to it….and then hoped to used his feelings for her to gained insight as… Read more »
Tucker really loves Ashley. He isn’t sure she really loves him. I’m not so sure she loves him either. He has been very upset since their break up. He had all these emotions bottled up was good to see him cry ,to let go. it humanizes him
I wish Tucker would have let Ashley see him cry. That would likely make all the difference to her and their relationship. Ashley looks at Tucker as this scary monster that may have never really loved her. In Ashley’s eyes he went from Prince Charming to an Ogre in the blink of an eye. Ashley fell back in love with Tucker because he was so suave and debonair with her. He made Ashley feel so important and special. She felt like a beautiful princess. Yes Ashley did change all of the plans they had made, but that isn’t a reason… Read more »

When Sally and Adam are hot; they are really hot! Then Sally goes ahead and lets Nick come up to her room; and his statement is that they could speak more privately! She “did” defend Adam a couple of times when Nick started to criticize him again; and told Nick that Adam is sincere about his love for his father. She would have done much better to insist that they grab a table and discuss it in the restaurant. (And personally, I have been waiting to see more of Adam’s new apartment–and more of Adam and Sally in that apartment!)… Read more »
Indeed, why would sally and Nick go upstairs instead of just sitting at a quiet table. I say Sally is a tease and Nick is a chump for letting her reveal little tidbits to indicate he was right about her feelings for Adam. If this hurt Nick he should learn the lesson of making a clean break. Quit talking to Sally except for business or let your heart bleed Nick, it’s up to you.
Sally belongs with Adam. Never liked her and Nick together. Adam has always loved her Not Nick. Sometimes I think Nick wants to be with her just to put one up on Adam

Hi Ali. I hope you are feeling better. I don’t think Victor is completely faking the whole thing. I miss Michael being in GC. I hope the actor is doing well.
Hope you are better Ali. I think Victor was faking in the beginning but looks like he may truly be having cognitive issues. Michael is really missed, hope he is doing better too, heard he will be back for Thanksgiving

Didn’t like the hateful “put-down” from Nick to Adam today at the Athletic Club revolving door!! Again, Nick tells Adam that he cares about Victor; but Adam does not! To quote a couple of old quotes: I think Adam needs to finally stop “rolling over and playing dead” and remember that: “the squeaky wheel gets the oil”. Every time Nick or Victoria tell him he doesn’t love his dad; he needs to follow with: “How can I trust that you love dad?” They both had him sent to prison. (And also, today when Nick reminded Adam that he had tampered… Read more »
Adam finally does remind NIck that he took a bullet for Victor and he also reminded Nick that he gave Faith his kidney. I was very happy to hear Adam defend himself. Nick had the nerve to tell Adam that when he saved Victor’s life it was a long time ago. Why does that matter?! He still did it! How many people can say they have taken a bullet for someone? NIck always makes it sound like Adam does not nor Never has cared for their father. This is obviously not true. What has Nick done for his father that… Read more »

Billy’s character is really coming on strong! Not sure what kind of assignment Tucker has for Kyle according to previews. But would love to see Billy follow Kyle; and then later see Tucker, Kyle and Audra come out of the hotel room together or down the stairs in full view of Billy.

I know many don’t like the storyline with Victor fooling his kids, and Nate! But I’m loving it! Because Victor seems so believable to me in the dialogue he has been given. Each day I find him trying to hint to one of the characters that he doesn’t trust the other. Then he advises that character to not breathe a word of his suspicions to the others. The next day he speaks to another character giving that person the same information. I’m being fooled again and again; because I am changing my opinion each day (or each scene) as to… Read more »

Appreciated the scene when Ashley and Tucker parted ways at Society; and both of them showed their sadness and sense of loss for the other. Yes, I really miss Tucker’s off the cuff jokes and quirky comments. But I don’t mind seeing him showing his sadness at losing Ashley instead of the constant, “I am taking over Jabot”. Don’t know what is going on now since the writing is going in so many directions. It doesn’t make sense to me: first he might be scheming with Phyllis, then Billy, then Adam. Now Mamie and also Audra and Kyle. (I was… Read more »

Anyway you look at it Ashley & Tucker are two scheming bad apples who deserve each other. The only difference is the Abbott daughter is a lot less dangerous than he is.

DIANNA, you must be in pig heaven what with the Christine special episode + bonus valentine, DANNY! I liked it when Lauralee Bell got the guttersnipe Nina Webster to walk across the room with a book on the top of her head. That’s the way we used to do it in charm school. I have not finished the episode but I must be frank to give it an A. The right clips at the right time. Y&R is not just spinning their wheels in pointless nostalga, this is the perfect set-up to engage both old & new viewers to the… Read more »
I liked the episode too ,even the flashbacks were good. They even showed few scenes with Paul. He was a big part of Christine’s life. They couldn’t omit him. Was great to see how young they all were starting out.
I really enjoyed it Gary! It was a treat seeing Christine and Danny back in the day. It brought back fond memories. I always liked their apartment as well. I was surprised we saw the flashbacks with Paul. That was nice to see also. It was fun seeing the Christine and Phyllis rivalry. Phyllis had a different nose. I always love the old flashbacks with Michael Baldwin and Christine. Loved this episode of Y&R.

I loved the celebration of Christine/Lauralee Bell. I was not a fab or viewer of Y&R then so it gave me a lot of back history on “the bug”(as Phyllis calls her), and the animosity shared between them, and to know more about Nina as well. It was a true eye opener of their past so I can see that the future will be filled with a lot of fireworks with Danny caught in the middle. Look out Genoa City, the “changed” Phyllis is going to appear more than ever to not be so changed at all(as if she was… Read more »
