I said in the beginning of this whole Will fiasco storyline that Adam has something to do with either tampering with Katherine’s will or probably was the one who sent that text to Cane to meet him pretending to be Chance. I wish Josh can explain this storyline better. Because this storyline is bizarre and confusing.
Was it the elusive Chance or the obvious choice Adam who knocked Cane out? Must be neither. That arm looks feminine. Oh ya, Risa
Victor called off his men watching Adam in Vegas? Knowing Adam, the reason he told Phyllis he was done was because he KNEW Victor had men following him. He’s been waiting for the right time to make his next move!
I thought Lola’s comment was interesting that she had told Theo at Society. She had said that Arturo cheated on Abby because he didn’t think he deserved Abby, so he ruined their relationship by cheating with Mia. That makes sense, and could be possible.I don’t know where Lola got this wisdom though, at such a young age, but maybe that is why Arturo did what he did. I had never thought of that.
Projecting. You can not always find a pat psychological explanation for why people do what they do. Actually, this is what is good about drama. With theatrics there will always be an actual motivation for a behavior, where in real life things are murky… Perhaps Art is just, sexually speaking, loose.
I laughed out loud when Theo said “Of course Devon would side with Mariah, let alone she has no clue what she’s doing.” I wonder if that is true, or is Theo just jealous that Mariah is his superior? I have to say I feel like Theo is not jealous but was being genuine of his feelings about Mariah when he made that comment. I think Theo doesn’t feel like Mariah really deserves the position she has been given by Devon. I don’t think Theo is wrong about Mariah. Devon wouldn’t have gave anyone else the job with no experience. In actuality, most people on soaps get handed jobs with no experience because they are family members and friends. I think Theo is speaking from more of a real world point of view, not saying nepotism doesn’t happen in real life but it’s the norm on a soap.
It seems like a bit of a leap that Lola went from being so insecure in her relationship with Kyle to not seeming to have a care in the world that Kyle is working so closely with his ex-wife Summer now. I am not sure why it doesn’t make her uncomfortable in any way. Realistically I think it would make anyone it that situation would not be too happy. Even though Lola trusts Kyle, I am sure she knows that Summer still cares about Kyle and that he cares about her. Especially when Summer and Kyle’s marriage was so recent… Read more »
Jealousy is weak. As someone who has been married 40 years, loosen up. If you have to watch your partner’s every move and worry about their loyalty, get out now. Relax, you both should be able to enjoy other people’s company without it being a scandal. However, soap opera needs DRAMA!!!
Not everyone is 100% self-assured and confident when it comes to relationships. Soap operas are also about exploring the parts of each character, their insecurities, their flaws and all.
I think Victoria is finally going to find out the secret that Billy slept with Summer. When Kyle was talking to Lola about how Billy was being cocky at work and trying to pull rank on him, Lola responded by saying something about Billy probably doing damage to himself and Jack seeing him for who he really is. I don’t remember what Lola’s exact words were, but it was something along those lines. I think this conversation was the foreshadowing of Billy’s rendezvous with Summer coming to light, as Jack doesn’t know about this fact either.
Does Dell really think if the new well is legitimate Cane should even consider ignoring that? Why? Devon wouldn’t.
I loved Cane taking Phyllis’s drink from her hand, taking a sip, and putting it down.

Lola with Theo is much better than Lola with Kyle. Theo won’t allow himself to be duledned.
I agree, even it they won’t be more than friends, they are more intriguing together than Lola with Kyle. Just like I think Kyle is more intriguing with Summer. I don’t know what they are doing, I hope Theo will form and actual bond with Lola and not just using her to get at Kyle.
Summer’s hair and makeup both look different, the hair is darker, and I like it.
Hi Ali, I must say, the scene between Victor and Victoria brought tears to my eye. But it made me wonder if Eric Braden is leaving the show, because Victor also told his PI’s to stop following Adam and then he said to Nikki-that he guess he now has time to play golf. I don’t see Victor Newman playing golf, but I can see Eric Braden. On another note of the week-I noticed that Lola knives were put forward in the show twice-Theo rearranging them and Lola carrying them, I wonder if they are foreshadowing them coming into play-around Halloween,… Read more »
I think Eric Braeden hasn’t pretty much said he will never leave, but who knows.
This Phyllis is angry even though she smiles all the time. She is only hard. Even with Summer there’s no tenderness. Because she is mean to nice people I’m turned off this one dimension character.
I have to admit I was excited for Michelle Stafford coming back, but I am finding I really miss Gina Tognoni. I liked her version of Phyllis better.
I agree, overall nothing much to endear her to me.
