At least Y&R is getting to the heart of the matter – something they have a hard time doing these days, in pairing Devon and Amanda up right now. I’m assuming it is what the majority of the audience wants to see, so rather then send the two off in other ultimately pointless directions, hook-up now. Gloria Bardwell returns to Y&R!
I missed the physical intimacy between Nick and Phyllis in the park. They’re usually so handsy! Michelle Stafford and Joshua Morrow look better than ever – especially Nick’s salt and pepper. I wish they’d put him in some clothes that are less baggy. Show it off!
Such a great week on YR! I can’t wait for more of the Devon/Amanda/Elena/Nate saga because it is so juicy! LOL! I want to see Elena be more and more like crazy Tricia and I definitely saw a different side to Elena this past week on YR. More of that please, YR!
I really wish people would stop telling sharon how to think and feel. I missed the old sharon from 2009 the one that had some back bone
I wonder if it ever occurred to Tracy or Jack that the necklace Dina was wearing may have been given to or stolen by Graham. Whenever the Abbott’s talk about Dina’s past, we never hear them mention his name as if he never existed. Graham was a big part of Dina’s past. It is not very realistic that we never hear the Abbott’s talk about Graham at all. It definitely seems like the show wants us to forget all about him. I hope Y&R doesn’t make Adam’s character “evil”. I want Adam to be good and victorious. I felt so bad for Adam when he overheard his brother and sister revealing the title of the book being “A monster in the making”. He looked so hurt. I am team Adam all the way!

They might destroy him like they did with JT. I don’t like this s/l of Adam’s. It would be great to see the siblings connect some how. Also looks like Sharon will cheat & Kyle/Summer will get engaged. Been there done that! Thumbs down on both. Rey is the best man Sharon’s had in a long time. Last week Adam said “he needs Sharon”…exactly what he said when he proposed to her last summer. And then Sharon said she needs to help him?! No no no! Rey is ALWAYS there for you Sharon, NOT Adam.
Adam and Chelsea are back to their old tricks – I love it! They’re a formidable team.
I said it before and I will say it again, Adam and Chelsea are perfectly “yoke”. I hate when one half of a couple tries to change the other. I have always believed and said, if you are going to love me, love me just as I am.
I am very surprised that Theo fell for Chelsea’s phone charm at the restaurant. I can’t believe he wasn’t even skeptical for a moment about her intentions. He was so quick to help her when he knows she is with Adam. Doesn’t he feel like she is just using him if she is only now showing interest because she needs help with her company when she didn’t give him the time of day before. I don’t think Theo knows about the story they are writing about Adam. He was just doing his wheeling and dealing for business, remember everything is a transaction for him, but regarding Theo and Lola, that relationship has come to an end.
It hasn’t come to an end yet. We will have to wait. I realize Theo doesn’t know about the story. I am just surprised that Theo wouldn’t see through Chelsea’s over the top flirting as Gary put it. It wasn’t very subtle at all and seemed too phony. Theo also knows that Chelsea is with Adam, so he should wonder what she is up to. Theo is supposed to be smart when it comes to these kind of things. He is not a naive guy.
Theo may have been hip to Chelsea but just going with the flow…
I loved when Chelsea told Adam “Your problems are my problems and that his enemies are her enemies. She did a great job of expressing her love and devotion to Adam. I am Chelsea and Adam have reconciled for now albeit it was very quick. I am excited to see them work as a team and that Chelsea will not be leaving the show anytime soon.
I am happy I can read everyone’s comments now that I have caught up with the show after having trouble watching the recordings. I didn’t want to read anything before watching. I want to start off by saying that Y&R is definitely listening to you Ali as it seems we are starting to see more “story” on the show as you and many chatters had mentioned they wanted to see. That was quick for Adam to change his mind and now be back on team Chelsea. I have a bit of whiplash from the marry my Chelsea, let’s break-up and I am no good for you, and now back to together to take down Victor.
All the storylines seem to have a whiplash effect since the return. Sharon changed her mind several times per episode about helping Adam. She still seems unclear. It’s getting frustrating. She is a grown woman. She should be capable of making a decision and sticking to it.
Realize this is kind of picky as I sit before the computer with nothing else to write for the moment, and appreciate Chelsea was in a place where she needed to act fast, but I have to question the wisdom of planting a spy bug on the back of a lamp at Chancellor where you have to assume it is going to be discovered relatively fast. If not by the corporate execs, then the executive offices clean up crew at night. During the pandemic I can often be seen picking up a lamp to dust the table under it so… Read more »
Really Sharon, out of all the texts you could have sent Adam, you decide to send him one that makes it look like y’all slept together. Wasn’t it last week that she was freaking out when Chance assumed they were together?
I agree! I would love to know how Rey would respond to seeing that text given they are starting to be on shaky ground when it comes to Adam. This is way beyond therapist-client relationship. I don’t know where Adams head is at, but for Sharon this is way beyond just platonic friendship.
