A clip show honoring Sharon the day after she murders (more or less) Heather? Talk about anti-climactic. I’m having a hard time feeling love or sympathy for Sharon right now. I’ll get over it, I’m sure, but still…

Will Shelia come to GC for a Heather memorial service? That is if she’s truly been dumped in the river. It’s possible Heather will snap out of it once she hits the water. She will have to perform a Houdini to break free of the blanket and cords she was bundled up with.

I think a quirky tech billionaire is just what Genoa City needs. Not to mention, he could be a love interest/rebound for Sally. And wouldn’t it be great if somehow he’s tied to Tucker and creates an opening for Tucker’s return?

Daniel might end up being the fall guy. I hope he has an air tight alibi for the past 10 hours or so.

Oh, Henry. I think I am going to LOOSE MY MIND with these flashbacks, each coming faster than the last every 2 minutes. Get me off this train! What do they have to do with Sharon’s new life as psycho murdweress?
Oh, well. HAPPY 30th ANNIVERSARY SHARON COLLINS ROSALES.

The best two day episodes in YR history. Not only Sharon’s acting, but writing and filming. It had me on the edge of my seat. Now what will happen with Lucy and Daniel? Is Sharon going to take a vacation or retire? With a confession she will not have a trial. My guess is she will have an insanity sentence and will be home in a year. In reality insanity plea won’t work because she disposed of the body showing she knew it was wrong. She will undergo hypnosis and they will determine self defense. Sharon will get involuntary manslaughter.… Read more »

The salute to Sharon Case was excellent and I saw some footage that was new to me. I started watching when Nick and Sharon split. Phyllis and Nick were about to get together and that led to her pregnancy with Summer. Phyllis was dressed in western clothing and doing a line dance during a birthday party.Help me out Ali or another long time viewer…. Who was Mariah and Cassie’s father and what happened to him?

Also, Nick adopted Cassie and the name changed to Newman. Was Mariah unofficially adopted or invited into the Newman family?

Connie, I’ve always felt that Mariah is not treated as a Newman. Nick doesn’t really “father” her other than accept her as a pkg deal with Sharon. Victor and Nikki barely tolerate her (in my opinion). She may be a reminder of how awful Victor can be. He brought Mariah to town to gaslight Sharon before she knew Cassie had a twin. Another stretch to believe Sharon didn’t know she was carrying a set of twins.

Good point! I never think of Mariah as a Newman. Crazy… Does it go to show that, of all his kids, Victor favors Victoria? Look how quickly and easily he took to Claire!

Who was the natural father of the twins? Was Sharon abandoned or did she leave him?

I looked it up and internet says Frank Barritt and he is dead. I’ll add a link since it’s got a lot of information about Cameron. So this story with Cameron ties way back to when Sharon became pregnant with Cassie and Mariah.

I’ll tell you what is exciting. Yesterday while i was watching Y&R I was thinking, ‘This must be Friday.’ Surprise, it wasn’t and now today, without having to wait the weekend, we will learn if Sharon wakes up from a nightmare or not.

She cannot have killed Paul’s daughter! It has to be a dream. Technically the character of Heather is one of the oldest on the show. I’m dying to see what is next. What a uniquely shot and compelling episode!

Unless this turns out to be a dream sequence and Heather isn’t really dead, I don’t see an easy way that Sharon comes back from this, even in soap opera world. I don’t think “insanity” is easy to plead anymore. And there’s no way she gets away with it. Hers wasn’t exactly a “Mafia clean-up job,” despite the encouragement that Cameron gave her. Surely there’s plenty of evidence to implicate Sharon!

Like everyone else, I wanted Heather to run away and call 9-1-1. Very foolish… The musical score for this episode deserves a daytime Emmy, if they give awards for scoring! It was beautiful, tense, sad, suspenseful.

Y&R has packed so much into these few episodes this week. I had been complaining of all the scenes of two or more people conveying information about a PREVIOUS conversation/confrontation with other people. In short, people standing around but nothing to see or care about except beautiful clothing etc. Now this week is full of Sharon DOING (or dreaming) all kinds of things. The lighting and music enhance the mood. This is reminiscent of Guiding Light when Reva was crazy, driving her car while yelling “I’m coming Bud! (Josh)” and she drove her car through a road barrier. we saw… Read more »

The bridge scene was visually memorable, but the breakdown in the car was real emotion caught on screen. Great work from Sharon Case!

Well, that screenshot of Sharon is really Sharon over the edge, isn’t it?
