I was listening to chat yesterday and I totally agree with the lack of sexual tension between Jack and Phyllis. Sometimes I think the writers try to bring back pairings that no longer hold that chemistry. I think that is particularly true for Phyllis and Jack and Sharon and Nick. The breaking up of Phyllis and Nick was a mistake. They both have been floundering ever since and I miss all the lightness and fun of the two actors together.
