Another awesome hypothetical question, brought to us by Y&R Chatter, Justin!
Since Big Brother 18 began airing this week on CBS, I thought: What would it be like to see the Y&R characters hanging out in the Big Brother house all summer? What surprise alliances might be formed? Would anyone DARE to evict Victor Newman? Could we handle seeing Sharon in a chicken suit? 😛
What other shows (past or present) would make an interesting “crossover” with The Young and the Restless? Maybe Survivor? Or as Justin suggested, The Jerry Springer Show?

I have always believed that Summer and Liam of the Bold and the Beautiful would make such a perfect couple. Their characters would be so beautifully intertwined in dumbness.
I have to say B&B and Y&R because it has been done and would break up the merry go round of Liam, Wyatt and Steffy by sending Summer to Los Angeles. Since the show is only 30 minutes, Hunter King would have more time to do Life In Pieces. Chelsea and Adam could temporarily visit Los Angeles while Justin Hartley is working on his show. Chloe has to be the “mystery” woman working with Victor, she is using the name “Dorothy Gale”…..the night Delia was killed she played the wicked witch in her school play “The Wizard of Oz”! I do not like Hilary, but I was so glad when she told Lilly that the club is a “marital asset” so “you work for me”. Lilly is one of the most annoying people on the show!
Well I’m going to say Big Brother because that is my favorite summer show! Totally back and forth on both BB and Y&R. Picture it (if you’ve seen BB): Victor as HoH (head of household) and his two eviction nominees are Jack and Adam! Chelsea wins the PoV (power of veto) and uses it to save Adam, and in Adam’s place is Phyllis! LOL I’d love it!

I thought cops. because then there would be more reinforcements to help with certain dramas on the show and new ones could also be developed and be followed up quicker.. with more squad cars and more equipment. I t might add more spice to two terrific shows.
PS, does anyone else get nervous when they have to answer the little math problem when commenting? Lol. I’m always afraid I’ll stupidly bomb the problem for some weird reason LOL.

On an early episode of Diagnosis Murder (mystery show with Dick van Dyke), a few of the Y&R cast–Eric Breaden, Melody Thomas Scott, Lauralee Bell, and Victoria Rowell–appeared as themselves.
Could you imagine Christian LeBlanc on Big Brother? That would be a blast to watch! Him and Josh LOL. CBS needs to make that happen.
Crossover with Search for Tomorrow another old Soap

Imagine how gooooooooood that would be!
I would like to “lighten” things up a bit and have someone from Y&R walk into the Williamsburg Diner on 2 Broke Girls. Caroline was a billionaire and I am sure she would have been familiar with “upscale” Jabot or “Brash &Sassy” cosmetics!
I defenlty think y&r should cross over with Maury Provage. Then Sharon would have too be forced too take a DNA test too finally expose the truth about Sullivan. LOL!!!!
Perhaps “The Young and the Restless” could explore a crossover with “The X Files”. Mulder and Scully would be commissioned to investigate the paranormal visitations Sharon is experiencing and arrive at the conclusion that this was the work of Victor who has suddenly obtained the spellbinding powers of Mandrake the Magician.
Am going to say crossover with general hospital since some gh actors are on y&r some y&r actors went to gh.
I don’t know if any of my fellow Y&R Chatters have seen The Blacklist but it would be fun to know a Y&R character’s name on Raymond ‘Red’ Reddington’s Blacklist.
