I voted too immature, and the blame all goes to Lola. When you get angry and break up with someone (and then immediately make out with another guy) because they “don’t know you”, i.e. can’t read your mind, you’re pretty clearly too immature for a healthy relationship. I’ll actually give some maturity points to Kyle here; he hasn’t thrown the Fen kissing in her face once and seemingly forgave her immediately.
Lola is wanting to chamge Kyle, and he wants to change for her. That never works.
Lola isn’t immature, she’s just young. She is actually more mature than many characters as she is a proud woman who does not want to be kept. She will buy her own purse, thank you very much, with the money she has earned on her own. I disagree with the stomp out and chase. It’s boring I wish that Y and R would allow Kyle could call her out on her behaviour just like she calls him out on his. A Fen/Kyle/Lola triangle is not the triangle I want to be watching. I voted too immature and I feel it’s mostly on Lola’s part. I’ve never been a fan of Lola and Kyle together, I felt he was mainly just rebounding from his feelings for Summer and I just don’t see the chemistry. Lola gets mad at Kyle over the smallest things and he has to always work overtime to reassure her. If Lola thought the purse was too much she could have nicely said she’s not comfortable with extravagant gifts and Kyle would have understood. I think they’re both too immature and in love! There’s some growing up that needs to be done first for sure before they can have a healthy relationship. You know what I’d like? I’d like Mariah and Tessa to sit her down and have some girl talk with her because neither is from money and could probably relate to her. At this rate, Lola will be the next 40 yr old virgin. I mean, her insecurities and immaturity will drive men away long before she decides to have sex with any of them.
Too immature in my opinion.
I think the immature partner in this relationship falls decidedly upon the shoulders of Lola. She comes across as a prissy, petulent, holier-than-thou, post-pubescent teeny bopper. If she can not get the fact that Kyle was entirely sincere and devoid of airs when he presented his gift to her then she is the one who is simply incapable of understanding where he is coming from.
I voted that it is true love, but I also think Lola is in mature. She has temper tantrum‘s that I think women in their Young 20s grow out of by the time they are 30! Being a little older and wiser give you perspective, So I think that their relationship is both true love and immature!
