I believe Noah is supposed to be Charlie Chaplin. I think scenes like this are where the program shines. they clearly put a lot of work into and have a lot of fun with the costumes.
Ali my WORST HALLOWEEN COSTUME had to be Noah, really Noah Hitler? Did anyone else find that a bit disrespectful and stupid? As for my BEST HALLOWEEN COSTUME had to be Connor Newman as a little bat, lol it was too cute! 🙂
