Victor and Jack have scenes so memorable there’s nothing to compare. Jack throwing the chair through the office window – look out below for the folks on the sidewalk. Victor lies out on the floor, Jack’s foot lightly brushed Victor as he stepped over him and walked out the door. No calls for help made by Jack. Victor finding Jack’s doppelgänger to schmooze Phyllis while he held Jack prisoner. When Victor loses his temper he is a scary guy and Jack also can get super mad while arguing with Victor. What characters can create that much drama besides these two?
Jack and Victor spar on a level field. The decades old feud still has possibilities. But Jack just doesn’t have the vicious fervor Victor uses. Victor and Billy wasn’t even. Victor and Cane could be equal adversaries in business. Nothing personal there though. Maybe Jack can let Diane lead him behind the scenes, and fight Victor. Jack might not let her do it. Kyle and Diane could talk him into it. I would like to see it that way.
Yes, Jack has definitely mellowed out. But the Victor-resentment at his core is what could needle him into war-mode, despite his ‘Ima take the high road’ knowing better.
I voted an emphatic “no”! A Jack and Victor conflagration is unimaginative.
Happily, Cane is the new billionaire in town. With the help of Phyllis, bring Victor to his knees compelling him to sue for peace.
Yes! Their feud remains at the core of YnR…always bubbling just below the surface, no matter how nicey-nicey they play or insist that it’s over. Bring it on – let those two veteran actors go at it once again!
Had enough of the vendetta Victor has with Jack. It all comes from that night Nikki was with Jack and he almost died. Victor just won’t give it up. Jack was just trying to help Nikki. Victor needs to move on from this, stop plotting against Jack. Would be nice to see Jack and Victor unite against Cane
