I can’t make up my mind on this one. I think every home can use an occasional upgrade or refresh, but I don’t want to lose the feeling of home that is familiar and comfortable in this classic house.

Ok, let’s re-frame that w/a positive vibe: ‘old money.’ (ANCIENT, musty money… I keep expecting a puff of dust whenever someone sits down, lol.) But never mind – ‘it’s a family that makes a house a home’… (when they’re not fighting, that is).

Dear Ali, I love ya but…..I want Diane to get rid of “Jack’s” tired old furniture! How about a beautiful tufted leather sofa and some gorgeous Toile fabric patterned wing chairs! Very elegant! And on a similar theme; can someone get Victor a better wing chair! It looks “really” uncomfortable and prevents him from putting his arms to his sides! (It might be a big hit in a chiropractor’s office)!

I voted yes; Abbott Mansion is classic but needs updating. It’s stuffy, let’s see what Diane will change.
