Yes, absolutely. Michael used to be smart, independent and quick-witted. Recently he’s just Victor’s loyal lapdog— and all because he yearns for a Daddy at age 60+??? It’s pathetic and not consistent with Michael’s true character. He has been through too much in life to become a subservient sap to an ungrateful, abusive user like Victor.
