I will watch the crossover episodes. I watched B & B when it first began and loved any Stephanie and Brooke scenes. Also, Sally Spectra was a hoot. After a while, I drifted away from making it a regular viewing. I hope this crossover gives us some great soap and we find out all the “facts” about Sally.
I’ve been watching B&B since the beginning. So late 80’s. I even operate a B&B fan page that has over 80k followers on FB. So yeah, I’m pretty deep into Y&R’s sister soap. Will I be invested in this latest crossover event? Probably not. I would much rather see a Y&R/B&B crossover surrounding CBS Daytime’s most notorious villian. SHEILA CARTER. Back in 2017, Sheila made it back to LA. I always thought it was odd that Lauren’s closet lifelong friend AND EX LOVER…Eric Forrester didn’t bother to call Lauren in Genoa City to tell her that Sheila Carter was alive… Read more »
I was a regular watcher when it first started then fell off, but I have become a more active watcher since the pandemic and I began working from home.
I’m definitely going to tune in for the crossover and might keep it up. I used to watch it in the early 2000’s but dropped it when life got busy as an early 20 something.
Like Y&R, I’ve watched Bold and Beautiful from its onset. Pretty good soap except for the last couple of years when they killed off Stephanie due to cancer I believe. The Ridge character changed too which took some getting use to. It was apparent Ron Moss was stagnant in his role. Writers could have done better to have changed some courses along the way. Things seem to be stuck in another merry-go-round for the last few weeks.
I watch the first 40 + (?) seconds of B&B everyday, although I usually fast forward through them to get to the end of my Y&R recording for that day. I want to say I like the cabin in the woods that a selection of the B&B characters often operate out of.
Special mention had me seeing the portrait of Stephanie reinstated above the fireplace in the Forester living room a week or so ago. John McCook seemed pleased, although I do happen to know that he and his wife were bitter enemies throughout much of the show.
I think “The Bold And The Beautiful” is the cheesiest name for a soap I ever heard – right there along with”The Young And The Restless”. Isn’t Bill Bell credited with better taste than that? Maybe the networks decide… I remember how embarrasing I thought these titles were when first created. You don’t want to tell people you watch, but with familiarity you just blow it off and get comfortable with it. Don’t have the time or brain power right now but I’d like to come up with some soap opera names that I have actually kind of liked. Of… Read more »
I watch B&B every day. It was easy to get into being 1/2 hour. It’s about the fashion industry in LA. which is interesting and they do crossovers with Y&R like the next 2 weeks, and it comes on right after Y&R
