Newmans. Lol, of course I agree w/the Victor-haters that he is a pompous bully – and I say every soap needs one! And NO ONE does it more repulsively better than TGVN (oh sigh, dismiss my opinion, but I still see heart behind his ‘stache..) Anyway, sure… it’d be delicious to see him grovel and twist in the wind for a bit… but it’d be sooooo much more compelling to see Phyllis crash-and-burn once again. I voted for P and C. I think it’s about time Victor lost a battle. I think there’s a lot of great story potential if the Newmans lost everything and had to resort to a high interest rate Quick Loan to get groceries.
I’m siding with Phyllis and Cane because they offer a “transactional honesty” that the Newmans have long since abandoned. There is a dark integrity in the “honest thief” who acknowledges wrongdoing; pretending to be saints while they light the match is the wrong side.
Newman family … and I’m surprised how quickly I decided! I will assume it’s because the Newman family encompasses Nick, Adam, Victoria, Summer, Claire, Faith, Johnny, Katy and Connor and phantom Christian. Also Abby. also Dom, also Harrison. All cane has is a couple of bratty kids and a prima donna ex wife. I don’t really care about Cane or Phyllis who has been tiresome recently for me. If this only affected Victor and Nikki well then, who cares!
Can I vote just Cane? I want him to be a worthy rival to man baby obnoxious Victor. Phyllis is just not a worthy partner for Cane. She has no current hacker skills that we know of, she didn’t even keep a copy of the AI program before giving it to Victor and she’s just so childish. Cane needs a savvy partner, not a loose cannon. But yeah, Team Cane all the way. The privileged Newmans didn’t care when the AI program destroyed Cane’s companies and were close to destroying Jabot. I voted for Cane and Phylis. Victor deserves everything happening. I feel bad for the rest of the family but not for Victor. He didn’t care about taking down Cane or trying to take down Jack and Jabot. Newman should go to Phyllis and Cane at least for a while.
