I wish they’d get rid of Cane altogether. Can’t stand him. He always acts like he’s the victim, boohoo. I wish he’d talk out loud too, always with the whispery voice. I hope Lily kicks him to the curb.

I can’t vote (and I didn’t) because I think Lily should forgive Cane AND move on. There are a cute couple but I don’t see where they’re heading: it’s not just the lies, I find they have become duller.
Maybe them separating would be good for a storyline where they would separately and as resentful exes struggle to raise their twins and all the challenges they are bound to face soon. And also maybe Charlie would go off the rails big time as a result of the Juliet debacle and the split.

I can see why this is such a close vote. I said she should forgive him because 1) she has also been unfaithful before and 2) his cheating was not intentional. However, she certainly shouldn’t forgive him today. They’ve got years of much needed therapy in front of them.

I don’t think Lily should forgive Cane because look at all the lies he’s told just in this one specific case and he’s STILL lying by not telling Lily the whole truth abt sleeping with Juliet.

I voted to not forgive Cane. I am agreeing with the above comments. There has just been too many shady secrets and hurt between these two over the years. I do believe that they truly care for one another but trust keeps getting broken. I also agree that in a marriage or any relationship, if one person cheats or does something to break trust (Lily sleeping with Joe) it does not give the other a pass to do the same. I say move on but just for now , lily should not forgave cane , cane all this time try to get Billy in trouble and now he got himself in trouble but in the future in few months she can for give him and let go what happened .

Cane has a long history of being dishonest, especially where Lily is concerned. If I were in Lily’s shoes, I wouldn’t have been able to get past him faking his death and haunting me to the point of insanity. I know that she was unfaithful with Joe Clark, but Cane was being shady and dishonest for the umpteenth time in their history together. Just because Cane took her back for her indiscretion is no reason for her to stay with him. Not that cheating was a good choice, but Cane has hurt her and lied to her so many times… Read more »
BUT LILY CHEATED ON CANE ONCE AND SLEPT WITH ANOTHER MAN AND CANE TOOK HER BACK. I THINK LILY SHOULD TAKE CANE BACK. AND NOT BELIEVE THESE RIDICULOUS LIES JULIE IS JUST LYING TO GET WHAT SHE, THINKS SHE DESERVES.

I selected for her to move on because the writers are making Cane in such a way I can no longer invest in the character. If the Billy/Hockey team sabotage had not happened I feel Lily should take him back but once he showed Lily the side of being a ruthless who would meddle in Villy/Philly situation she was starting to see a major change in his character. Prediction: Lily will forgive Cane and they will reunite and be happy for awhile but soon if Juliet remains on the show she will run into the camera man and realize she… Read more »

I feel like this will be a tight race here. Cane and Lily, a couple I’ve loved ever since I started watching Y&R. But over the last 2 years, all I’ve noticed is while they love one another, there has been so much cheating on both ends. I feel like they will destroy their marriage on their own. BUT I voted for Lily to forgive him.
