I voted no. I didn’t miss her character while she was gone as I had mentioned before. Seeing her once in a while is good enough for me. There are so many other interesting characters that could replace her that would make the show much better. Cole is one of them. I apologize for the fans who like the actress. I am just not a big fan. Her character doesn’t have much depth and is not very captivating. I have always felt this since this actress came on the show. I really liked the actress who played Abby before Melissa… Read more »

Abby hasn’t been a main character (ever?) so not very missable, but one of my favorite scenes from the retro episodes was when Abby was a child sitting in a Jabot office pretending to be Uncle Jack declaring “I own Jabot!” and Victor saying WHAT!? which was a big reveal that Jack stole Jabot back from Victor. Too bad it wasn’t Hayley Erin as she played Abby much later, that would have been cute.

Abby makes Devon a better man as the saying goes. I love the character and the actress. She has a style that defines who she is. Pastels, sparkle, lots of tall boots. But Abby also curls up on a couch with casual clothes. We don’t see other characters around the home in casual clothing. She giggles delightfully and can also knock you out if need be. She’s a daddy’s girl but also paves her own way in life. Abby brings something different to the show.

Yes, I like Abby and I really enjoy her fashion style. She needs a better storyline than just Society owner. She is best when she is interacting with family drama. I like her chemistry with Victor, her mom or Dominic. Truth be told, her scenes with Devon are boring and I want more interactions with her character as the bridge for melding the Abbott/Newman/Winters business battles or a peacemaker for personal conflicts.

It was good to see Abby, but I really didn’t miss her. She really isn’t that involved with any storylines right now.
She could ld be if we brought her back. She adds so much. She could be playful, fun, and, well, there is Chance waiting for another chance. He never asks about Dominic. And Abby is the one who needs to plot against the Newmans, who never! mention her. She could throw parties, invent something accidentally, become a cocktail singer. Lots of opportunity for a cute actress, historically too much fun to be a board member or Mrs. Devon.
