Summer and Chance are promising on the surface, but I think she’s too much of a high-flyer for him. That’s why I voted for Sharon!
I voted for Sharon to be with Chance. They have a lot of chemistry. If I could really have my way, I would love to see Chance get together with Christine when she returns from Portugal. They would make a hot couple and Christine needs a love interest. I know everyone wants to see Summer with Chance, but I would really love to see her with Billy. Hmmm… gonna ponder on the ‘Summer and Billy’ idea for awhile… surprisingly, I’m not adamantly against it… (but I thought it was yucky their 1st time around).

Idrc about the Sharon/Chance age-difference, and I’m all for their ‘consenting adults, no-strings-attached, blah blah’ sex. They’re both lonely, hot, unnattached, and providing some long-overdue passion for the other! I don’t see any of that as much foundation for anything more to build on. I think Chance can build a more solid future w/Summer on many other levels. I’m excited to see that happen! (Kyle who? Oh yeah, the other person you can barely see anymore being devoured by Audra.) That’s my vote. But in the meantime, let Sharon and Chance keep at it!
For Sharon, I would like to see Dylan come back (played by Billy Miller). Chance and Adam are too young. (unless they address it as a May-December relationship). Nick is too familiar (unless they want to start a settled-in storyline like Victor and Nicki. Not Jack. Not Tucker. Who else is there?
This poll question made me realize why I got excited for Sharon and Chance. Their hot lovemaking was really exciting to watch . . . but now that I think about it, it more of a matter of seeing a new set. I’ve always wanted to see the coffee house store room! That was the hot part for me so I voted for Summer in the poll as there’s no way Sharon can make this work.
I sense that most Chatters will go with Summer since they are in the same age bracket so could possibly have more potential for the future. Sure. But does Chance need to be the one to put the pieces of Summer back together? Really? Summer is truly Phyllis’ hot mess daughter—that’s the direction the show just took her. Now she is going to be raising her “son” Harrison (NOT HER SON) with her angry ex and running Marchetti within her angry exes family company while she heals from her divorce and deals with her insane mother and ticked off brother.… Read more »
