I liked the anniversary flashbacks . Was great to see Douglas, Matt, Julia, even Victor’s Mother. Andeveryone looked great all dressed up, but of course then Victoria got stabbed and the party was over
Haven’t see the flashback episode yet but saw the other ones. I’m not a “Dark Knight” fan but I enjoyed it. The art was cool, loved the giant chess pieces & seeing everyone dress up. I love seeing old flashbacks of any character. I’d rather watch a classic episode, bloopers or other behind the scenes stuff when the show is pre-empted instead of something I’ve seen within the last 3 yrs. Was anyone else thrown off when the lighting would go dark & then come back again. I am not sure if this was intentional or how many people notice this ,but when Jack made his speech, there was a photograph of Victor & Marco (not Jack) shaking hands. I remember that storyline very well.
I enjoyed the tribute, and the flashbacks. Including Douglas was appreciated and appropriate. I would like to see a flashbacks episode every now and then showing actors still on the show and some who are not. I have watched the show since Snapper arrived in a semi. Anyone else been here since Episode 1?
Not since episode 1, but since Nikki was working at the Bayou. I also want to see lots of flashbacks because so many actors have been there for that long. Loved that they brought back Julia and Matt. The small number of attendees at the anniversary party was disappointing to me, maybe I was missing Traci. I want MORE flashbacks so I voted mustache down
I thought the show was fantastic I really thought they did a great job for the tribute shows

I loved the tribute episodes to Victor Newman. I found myself pausing the tv to just take in the scenes and see who was actually sitting with whom at the party and who was wearing what. I think Y&R did a great job with all the episodes.
Is it only me or does anybody else think victoria should leave her hair dark I really liked it on her
I thought Victoria’s dark hair suited her. Perhaps not as dark as it was for the party, but definitely a dark brown. The same goes for Chelsea, I thought she looked even more beautiful with her darker locks with no gold highlights.
If you notice from the flashback episodes it was an upgrade from the 25 year celebration
I loved it! I think they Really celebrated Victor Newman. I wish they would have had another episode with Eric Brandon in an interview and other actors pay tribute to him and his work
Maybe that will only happen when he dies? Or they should do it for his 50th! I like the interview idea or behind the scenes. Or how about Eric tells us about the show & his fav scenes?
I voted UP, but not because of Victor, who I feel is essentially a toxic and eternally immature person. But the refreshing change of pace, flashbacks (baby-faced Paul!) and the return of Noah made for a fun week.
