LOL – I find myself oddly feeling like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde when watching the Chadam/Shadam storyline. I am gleeful Mr. Hyde when watching Shadam scenes, cheering for Chelsea to destroy both of them – but I turn into a confused and sad Dr. Jekyll watching Chelsea’s shenanigans. For my own sanity, I am going to need this storyline to end soon cause I can’t take this storyline tearing me into two opposite pieces. I have a feeling the Amanda storyline will be doing the same thing to me.Why Amanda? Why – is your life that boring that you… Read more »
Grandpa Sutton has evil written all over him. He watched while both granddaughters struggled through very difficult childhoods? What a selfish, twisted sicko! Maybe Amanda will get her mother away from Sutton at long last. That man is rotten.
Ali— thank you for delivering our Sunday soap goodness. We appreciate you! You have such a good eye for plot. You’re probably right that there has to be a reason for Nick to be in the middle of everything. That went right over my head. At the end Nick will be thankful to Adam because he saved Faith & Adam will be thankful to Nick because he exposes Chelsea’s frame job—and the brother’s relationship softens a bit? Please? The whole “let’s all hate Adam all the time” thing is getting old. Of course it won’t last, but a temporary thaw… Read more »
I wonder if Nick will have a moment of conflict about what to do with the information he finds that could clear Adam’s name. He hates his brother, but not enough to let him rot in prison for a crime he didn’t commit. On top of that, Nick owes Adam gratitude for saving Faith’s life…
Nick has convinced himself he hates his brother, but it seems way more complicated. Adam stirs up competition (re Victor), jealousy (re Sharon, Chelsea & Sage) and possessiveness (re Christian)—and other feelings too I’m sure. And it goes both ways. I’d like to see this dumb simplistic “Adam bad, Nick good” narrative end. I’ve never bought into it (obviously).
Two weeks now. Are you sure it isn’t something more serious? At any rate I hope you get well soon. Getting back to the story, I think they are setting Nick up to be the hero. It will either be a case where Nick puts together all the clues and begins to realize his suspicions were correct-that something was fishy about Chelsea or a case where Chloe is just playing dumb, pretends to be on Chelsea’s side, while waiting for the right moment to abandon ship and turn state’s evidence to Nick. Either way, it will all culminate in Chelsea… Read more »
Thank you! It’s seasonal allergies and a cold that won’t let go. When the weather was warmer, I started a yard project that kicked up a bunch of pollen and debris from last year’s corn field. Then, the weather got rainy, the temperature dropped off hard, and a cold took hold of me. I’m in good spirits still! Just, my voice and body is weak, and decongestant makes me drowsy. I was covid-tested (twice). I’ll be good as new by next Sunday!
Can’t Brad the pool boy do the yard work for you? Let me know if he’s been slacking off and I’ll tell him what’s what.
This made me chuckle. If only!!!
