I just found this clip and wondered if anyone recalls this story line. Michael hands out folders and doesn’t realize inside the envelopes are pictures of Lauren kissing Paul. Michael is married to Lauren at this time. Could someone please fill me in if the know what this story line was? Did Lauren really cheat with Paul? It looks like a set up of some sort.
Wow! That hurt had to cut really deep.
yes for sure
On the global station, we didn’t get the episode of the sex tent with NIck and Sharon. There wasn’t an episode that aired on Wednesday. I didn’t mind as I am not interested in watching any recent episodes that aren’t classics. Since there wasn’t an episode to watch that day, I watched a couple of episodes of the Bold and the Beautiful with the Young and the Restless characters on them, as I remembered you can access all of the episodes with our t.v provider. There was a good classic episode of Sheila and Eric Forrester on their honeymoon and… Read more »
I realized as I wrote this that I may be able to find the concluding epsisode on Youtube and sure enough it was there. Yeah… I wasn’t able to find the first episode that I was talking about, where Lauren is looking around in all of the shops on the island for Sheila. These episodes are pretty intense as Lauren does her best to expose Sheila. The island is Catalina Island. I found these enjoyable as I always enjoyed the Sheila Carter, Lauren and Scott storyline and have never seen this before.

Didn’t see Y&R, but your screen cap is clearly twisted sex in a tent –
I was watching The Resident & heard a familiar voice…it was Ryan from Y&R! He had a very brief scene https://twitter.com/reevesforreal/status/1194666983037571073. I enjoyed Paul & Christine week even though they haven’t been one of my favs. Her bridal shower was so fun, the vows were sweet & realistic & the wedding reception was pretty. I was so confused when one episode they were hit by Phyllis then the next episode was their wedding & they look great. It took me time to realize it wasn’t the same year lol!
I fear YR will assume their many wins at the daytime emmys mean that no change is needed. They had the fewest nominations and the most wins—hmmmm. The writers need much more consistency. Map out a story you believe in and STICK TO IT. For example—Kyle. He has hated Jack, plotted against Jack, whoops loves Jack, is loyal to Jack, loves Lola forevermore, married Summer ONLY to save Lola, dumped Summer, was happily married to Lola, whoops never really loved Lola, now always loved Summer, did something terrible in NY, whoops then it wasn’t all that terrible, etc. The Billy/Chloe/Adam/Victor… Read more »
And when Chelsea left town what was the thing at the mausoleum? I remember someone opening the little cubbie & taking something out & I think it had something to do with Victor? The show did have nice sets this year & some good stuff. The whole thing around Kristoff’s death was well done. Carnival set won a well deserved Emmy.
Yes, Ellen, Nikki does charity work as do many uptown wives of successful men, but she doesn’t make a habit of project those values. Nikki brings her debth of feeling and compassion out only on special occasions…
Always cascading people, like Drucilla on the friday show… Self righteous with an up-turned nose. Victor suggested she (Nikki) was a bit of a gold digger herself in regard to him in a scene from last week. Nikki was incredulous at the thought. Not that she was, but little self reflection…
Maybe Victor’s suspicious nature rubbed off on Nikki? It seems like the Newmans world has become smaller and smaller over the years. Who are their real friends now? Who are they close to? Nikki seems to have no one since Katherine died. Victoria and Nick have no friends, just exes. Victor has always been an island, at least since Douglas was written off. Friendships between adults have become a weakness of the show in general in fact.
It is said it is harder to make friends as you advance in life… Vic & Nikki need to look into their high school yearbooks to dig up some friend filler….
The actor who plays Matt Clark (Eddie Cibrian) is cute! His dimples are even more noticable than JM’s. BTW Eddie was also on Ugly Betty (tv comedy). I would like to see more of all the Newmans when they were younger. Did Sharon actually scheme her way into the family? Yes, Sharon & Mark are a real couple. They’ve been together for a few months! They reply to each other tweets & are adorable. Bryton & Brytni (Devon/Elena) are a real couple too & live together. In an interview, they said when they said I love you on screen it… Read more »
Oh yeah your comment about Ji Min Kim was hilarious the other week! I would like to see an Asian actor on the show. Remember the admin assistant at Jabot? I liked him. And I laughed when you compared the 2 Ashley’s!
Ali, not to brag on our gender, but I will, the episode that aired last Friday, from 2003 was written by a woman, Kay Alden(the writing has to be there-she was good at her job) it seemed back then that were taking a peek into friends and neighbors lives and it was directed by Sally McDonald. Sadly, the current writing team is missing the mark. I think the show won best emmy drama, because the acting cast, as a whole is darn good but I think I get your daughter’s interest in The Bold and the Beautiful, the writing(which they… Read more »
I love Kay Alden! I didn’t know she wrote that episode. I wish she would have stayed on at Y&R, at least in a consulting position.
Another reason Mary Williams did not approve of Paul marrying Christine was she was divorced. Definitely a double standard since Paul had already been divorced.
That may be true, Mary Williams was very opinionated. She would have liked Paul fall for Lynne who was more simple and unassuming .
Wasn’t Paul and Chris married before 1994?
The moment I saw how hot Sharon and Adam were in that love making scene, after he got punched by Nick, I was all in favor of a Sharon and Adam romance. So there!
I always liked Adam and Sharon together. They were hot together!
I remember how much you loved the new Shadam! Maybe Y&R will give them another whirl, if Rey’s off the case. How on earth would they write him off the show, by the way? He would NEVER leave Sharon during cancer. She would have to leave him, but why? Maybe her near-death experience will make her realize how much she loves… Adam? And only Adam? Always ADAM!
They never should have broken them up! Why would Adam fall for a grifter like Chelsea? It never made any sense. Shadam, Ali. Let’s put it on our vision boards LOL. Bonus: I will enjoy seeing the rest of the Newmans lose their minds over the happy couple.
Shadam? Onscreen. If in real life, they would be Shark.
How can the writers eliminate Rey from the show? Simple, they have him killed in a police shootout.
Thank you, but few looking for Rey to be killed.
Then again, writers may decide Rey Rosales is plain too good for this world and set him free. Consider Jenny Gardner Nelson, newly married and at the height of her popularity, blown up on a jet-ski over on AMC…
