I will kick off with this: https://twitter.com/TVGMLogan/status/731283333766742016 That is Michael Logan from TV Guide. He pretty much summed up my feelings. I hate Billy and Phyllis. I am no prude and love a good scandalous affair but this was blegh. I don’t understand it. I don’t buy it and frankly the love scene even sucked. Make it stop. Billy and Victoria also need to calm their attitudes in front of their children. All that yelling with Johnny right there. He is old enough now to understand Mommy and Daddy are mad at each other. Those two have never been that… Read more »
OMG Lilly was so funny when she yelled at Cain in the park when he was trying to tell her about Neil kidnapping Hilary – “Oh my God, Cain, just spit it out! Just tell me! What is it? You’re driving me crazy!!” So realistic – sounds just like me talking to my husband! Lol!

I am so sick of Phyllis and Billy! Why does she keep going there? She goes there to tell Billy that they need to stay away from each other and that she has to protect her marriage but she could have called Billy or she could have just stopped seeing him altogether and just keot her distance. There was no reason to go to Billy’s house and have that conversation.
I agree 100% with Connor and James Ali, I was yelling at my TV watching Billy and Phyllis have dirty disrespectful sex in Katherine’s house! Here’s a weird thought what about a Jack and Victoria romance if the Travis thing doesn’t work out? I know it may seem farfetched to some Chatters but if you get past the age and the fact Jack used to be her stepfather, they could actually be a pretty good match. They’re both very serious characters and both got hurt by their so called “loyal” partners, Billy and Victoria are on a break I get… Read more »
Yes, that thought has crossed my mind too where the two couples switch partners. So before Travis came into the picture maybe Victoria and Jack would be something new to try cause Phyllis and Billy was going to happen at some point. Plus that would make Victor even more crazy even then when Victoria was with Billy :p
The Jack and Victoria romance crossed my mind too, but I don’t know how I would feel about that. Yes it would drive Victor crazy and I would love it, but we have to think about Nikki. Nikki and Jack share a long history between them, and the last thing I want to see is a Nikki vs Victoria fued. I love Nikki and Victoria’s mother-daughter relationship and would hate to see them at odds over Jack. But if they decide to go in that direction, I’m open to trying new things. Let’s go for it!
Don’t know who I’m more disgusted with, Billy or Phyllis. I have a bunch not so nice names for Phyllis in my head, but I will keep it clean on your blog Ali. I feel bad for Jack. He is the writers’ favorite whipping boy. Seems as if he has been getting more than his share of karma from his past as far back as from the Terry Lester days playing Jack. Now it looks as if Hillary is next in line to sink hers claws into Jack. Anyway, I think he can do better than Phyllis. Bring back Genevieve… Read more »
James James James I love this! Took the words out of my mouth! I almost threw up my breakfast watching them kiss in Katherine’s house! Jack and Victoria BOTH deserve better!
As we often say, “I know it’s only a Soap”, but I am amazed at how calmly Abby is accepting the fact that Max is responsible for the death of her baby, his own sister. That is so unreal! Also, Stitch seems to be just a bit too compassionate as well regarding the horrible thing that Max did. In reality, prior to that kid being dragged away by Dylan, I would have set that kid’s pants on fire ! P.S. I can’t take much more of Sharon! She is a real “biatch”….I still can’t get past the fact that she… Read more »
If only Sharon knew that Nick was not the real father, her guilt would vanish. A recap: Adam switched the DNA results to show Nick the father, but was that for only one database? Sharon only tested the DNA for mother, not for father. Did she use the same database Adam used? If Sharon reveals that Sully is Christian, wouldn’t Nick have a DNA test performed – he learned that from the Summer DNA switch/non-switch pulled by Sharon. If Nick has a DNA test performed, he would surely test both the mother and the father, and let’s hope the DNA… Read more »
I seem to remember Kyle Abbott as a child, (Garrett Ryan) having a somewhat big role in his mother Diane’s death storyline but no not as big as (Jared Breeze’s) role as Max Rayburn is now on Y&R, and yes I finally learned the little actor’s name his acting has been so good in this storyline that I couldn’t just keep calling him Max. 🙂
I have so many questions and comments abt the Mad Max storyline. Was Dr. Neville trying to say that Max is a sociopath because if I’m not mistaken sociopaths are detached from reality and have no emotion? Was Dr. Neville talking abt himself as that little boy that he used to know? I also really hope Ben does not blame Abby for this and that they can work together for Max.
Consuela, that’s a scary thought…oh God, what if Neville is remembering his young self (as a sociopath). Yes yes, because didn’t he intimate that this “young boy gone wrong” (Max) could be helped and could even turn out to be a scientist or doctor someday. Is Nelville hinting that he has an evil twin lurking inside?
Yes and if you think about it, Neville doesn’t really do too well with emotions or maybe he’s just awkward. I don’t know but it does go back to there’s more to Neville’s past than we know right now because it also made me think back to when Neville first met Max and Ashley noticed how good he was with Max and Neville brushed it off like there was more to the story of why he was so fond of Max so quickly.
I do have compassion for Stitch and what he is going through, now realizing he has a troubled son. But part of me wants to smack him for denying the truth for too long. Not just the truth about Abby’s fall and the fire in the server room, but the truth that was right there in the dirty looks Mad Max gave to Abby, the way Max kept trying to accuse Abby of hating him, the constant refusal to do anything with Abby. The signs were there long before Abby’s fall. Ashely is really torn up and it seems like… Read more »
With Abby and Stitch on the rocks and Hillary and Devon not looking that strong, we could possibly be leading to a Abby and Devon couple which would be interesting to see. I do believe they were close friends before and still could be ,and did try to date briefly before Stitch came into the picture (but can’t fully remember on that).
I had the same thoughts about Devon and Abby this past week too. I’d love to see it. Abby is definitely maturing and I really liked her friendship with Devon. Hope it happens!
Children are usually neither seen nor heard on Y&R, so it’s interesting that we’re all captivated by Max. Faith has had her ‘little dickens’ moments, but I can’t remember any of the child actors having a similar role to Max’s – or any that were really driving a story line. Cassie was at the center of a couple of plot lines, but they were pretty much about the adults in her life, not her – and we hardly knew Delia when she was written out. Was there any other child who was as big a participant in a story line… Read more »
ALi – For all the adjectives we chatters are coming up with for Mad Max, for some reason it really mad me laugh to hear you call him, “the little dickens”…
Must be the warm & fuzzy understatement of it that gets me. HA!
I love how Aby is attually using her head for once and followed her gut. I feel like y&r always writes her as an airhead. I feel like she was veing really smart this week
