I just have one question, how did the food get to the table with the door locked on the rooftop?
Jack spoke the voice of the (some) people telling Ashley off for trying to ruin Diane’s life with her vendetta. Ashley is a self righteous bull and Jack told it like it is. To no avail with Ashley more determined than ever to ruin Diane for a Los Angeles ride she once took in a fancy car.
Doesn’t she have more important business to take care of in Paris?
“Don’t hurt my son”, Jack abolishes Ashley.
The scenes of Adam & Sally’s rooftop dinner date were the most romantic i have seen on the show in years until things went unreasonably wrong. Sally was protesting like crazy but then in a follow-up there was a music vocal where the two were having the most wonderful time. Here Adam/ Mark projected the biggest smile of happiness that we have ever seen from him. Might not have observed this watching the show on another TV in the daytime where the picture is less defined but I was very taken aback, first by Jack Abbott and then Nick Newman who both wore the most high polished suits making them look more like satin than silk. Nate’s purple sheen was more subdued. I get these are fantasy power brokers on a glamor soap but who’s in favor of toning it down just a little bit sometimes? Adam looked REALLY good when he poured that champagne! I had so many other ideas of how the date could’ve gone. I agree the colouring was off. Mark looked handsome as ever but Courtney looked extra pale. It has to be the lighting & makeup. I’ll take a table for 2 please!
We get it Audra, you’re beautiful, you also happen to be so full of yourself that it’s kind of sad.

FUN FACT: On last Sunday’s episode of Celebrity Jeopardy, there was a question featuring Doug Davidson, highlighting is long career with Y&R! The question was, “What is Young & the Restless” and none of the contestants got it, but of course I was YELLING it out!
I loved the rooftop dinner with Sally and Adam. I am so over Chloe, Nick, and all the other haters who clearly have gotten into Sally’s head about Adam. I guess the writers really wanted to go down the Nick and Sally route. Well, hold on Sally, there will be LOTS of people not happy with this, and then you’ll see that Nick won’t go to extremes to protect you. Just ask Phyllis…
I also am tired of everyone putting ADAM down. He loves Sally. Made a huge mistake dumping her. She loved him too and was very hurt. I hope they can find their way back to each other before Nick moves in any further
Sharon is totally jealous that Nick is with Sally. It shows ALL over her face! Sharon is trying to play the part of being a good friend to NIck but it is not realistic. NIck is way tooo hot for Sharon not to be jealous. Sharon admitted that she can understand why Sally is attracted to him, but she was grasping at straws to think of what qualities Sally has that attract Nick…lol. I agree w/everything you say. (Nick will be always be hot to me, lol, regardless of other having recently deciding he’s a low-life – I just dc!) I do hope that Nick and Sharon will one day find their way back to one another. I like Nick w/Sally – mainly due to the shock waves they’ve sent through GC w/the mess of it all, lol. And you know, Dianna, that I have already jumped on board w/ your long-time idea of Nick and Christine together (well, w/ignoring the pesky little issue of Christine’s marriage, also lol). I feel exactly the same as you Sue. I don’t want not and Phyllis together and would also be very interested in Shadam. I would still love to see NIck and Christine get together, especially now that Paul is off the show. It would be fun to see NIck with Christine! We don’t really have any younger men with older women, so I would welcome that.
I look forward to seeing Nate work for Victoria at Newman Enterprises! I think this will be interesting as there is a lot of potential for compelling story lines. I would love to see Nate and Victoria become romantically involved. I have wanted to see them become an item for a long time when Nate was played by a different actor. Victoria and Nate will make an interesting couple. I would also like to see Imani continue to pursue Nate and cause trouble for Nate and Victoria as it will create some drama for the couple while keeping things interesting.
Just watched the Thursday show on computer to see what was up with Dr. Nate from the Wed. show. Is Elena out? After all this set up is Nate about to chuck it all and confess? Yes! While I am not a fanatical Nate fan I have to ask, Who cares about Chancellor Winters? I don’t care if Jill will be upset! I appreciate Lily’s disappointment but that flunkie Billy dogging Nate was hard to take. I realize Devon is a major player in the betrayal but he is just too cocky to feel for. Can’t anyone stand their own ground? Ashley should not have accepted the dinner date with Tucker McCall.
I would like to see Tucker in a romantic relationship with Ashley but it seems that he isn’t really being sincere about his feelings for Ashley. Can someone clarify this? I thought I heard him tell Diane that he is basically going to use Ashley for business reasons? If this is the case, I hope that Tucker ends up truly falling in love with Ashley even if it was not his intention.
I’m cloudy on not only Tucker’s history, but just what the present-day guy is all about. I’m really intrigued w/him and his storyline potentials…
I’m very disappointed Nate confessed. I wanted CW to be blown to kingdom come. That would have been years of storylines with a greater chance of seeing Victor on screen. We’d also have had the chance of watching Lily lose it. Completely lose it I mean. Angry style. Her anger was too contained.
Can we take up a collection and have Chloe kidnapped? We could send her somewhere relatively nice, but far, far away—where I never have to see her or hear her voice again. If she says “Adam” one more time, I may jump out a window. I CANNOT STAND ANY MORE OF YOU CHLOE—BEGONE!
With the way she is carrying on about Adam, I think she subconsciously may want him. You know the old adage, Thou protest too much. Maybe our Ali, will get that Adam/Chloe hook up.

When Ali first tossed that Chloe/Adam hate-sex idea out into the universe, I thought “Naaaaah…” But, more and more all the time I’m thinking that she may have well been on to something… and what a something that would be, indeed!
I’ll contribute $100 CDN monopoly dollars to the fund. She is as annoying as Phyllis now. The only thing I like about Chloe now is her new haircut. Someone trap her or tape her mouth shut so we don’t have to hear the word Adam or oh no out of her mouth. Or can she just get fired. She’s not providing the girl power support I was hoping for. And I especially don’t want to see her & Adam makeout.
Trevor St. John reminds me of Michael Muhney. Can’t pinpoint why, but he does…
Ooooooo, interesting—I will have to watch for that. I know he was fired for cause, but MM was truly great in the role of Adam. The show could use another actor/character like the that.

OMG!!! Just when think things can not get worse for my Teriah Couple. It does. It is bad enough that Teriah does not have a storyline or barely get screen time, since their wedding. But, for Y&R-CBS to edit out a scene that had already been showed to the Canadian Audience the day before is blatantly censorship. It seems that while Tessa and Mariah was soothing Noah’s soul at The Club. And after Mariah says that Audra should leave town once her business is over with Lily and Devon. Apparently, the unedited Teriah version is on The Paramount Plus streaming service channel.
It IS censorship I agree. If they did the whole gay wedding, some love scenes & kissing then why would they censor out the wife part (they’ve said the word before)? They censored the smallest thing, which doesn’t make sense. Pretty dumb. When I watch the episode I will see the uncensored version because I live in Canada & PVR it. If they whittle down the black characters its also censorship. This is not the way to win viewers. YR is watched by a diverse population. This is all so infuriating. Is there a quota system when it comes to people of color or LGBTQ characters? Is it just checking off a box for a while rather than writing compelling stories for EVERYONE on the show? Why was the entire Rosales family written off? Why has there never been a gay man on the show—is it really supposedly such a big deal in 2022? Maybe a person with a disability could get a cup of coffee at Crimson Lights—or is that too wild?
