So Noah’s dog CHET has shockingly passed unexpectantly with a bad dose of anesthesia on a routine check-up.
“I lost a part of me this week. The only solace I can find is knowing that we gave you a good life. I love you Chet. My heart is broken. I will miss you forever’, says the Glam Club entrepreneur.
Here is a love to transend Allie or Vivian Charles, or whatever the H her name is….

Ok so there is more eye candy coming to Y&R with James Hyde playing a new character Jeremy Stark. All speculation is that he is tied to Diane as he is from LA. What if he is a relative of Sally? Isn’t she from LA?
I remember him from Passions. Such a crazy show that I watched in highschool. James played chief police officer Sam Bennett. Could this new guy be a love interest for Traci? That is what I’d like most. Or for Ashley?

Abby “protecting” her son and mother from Tucker is unreasonable even for Abby. I loved chase looking first slightly amused then irritated enough to cut the lunch short. Abby is not a good match for this common sense guy. Pack your flannels Chase, get out now!
Chance, Chance, Chance!! Not sure why I insist on calling him Chase. Sorry!!

I thought it was funny that Tucker told Devon he didn’t want to force himself where he wasn’t welcome. Didn’t arriving back in town as a wedding crasher violate that rule right off the bat? Finally a good story line for Ashley (bring Eileen back now).
This new character portraying Tucker appears to have a “comedic side” that the original guy [can’t recall his name] did not have. I like the lines the writers are giving him…humorous.
I should wait to pronounce judgement on this character new in the hands of someone else. He is kind of sardonic over the hard edged, flat Stephen Nichols, so popular with his eye patch and mullet, a favorite hairstyle, on DOOL. But Ashley needs him like a hole in the head.

Do we know for certain that Billy is Johnny’s biological father? Did Billy ask for a DNA test to be certain about the baby’s paternity?
You are catching on to this soap thing…
Were I Johnny I would be so happy to learn Billy not my father. Hurray! But Johnny likes him.

I am glad to hear that I am not the only one who felt like it was disrespectful and inappropriate for Ali to have Noah in her bed. I wanted to say something about this last week, but felt like I was being too much of a prude by mentioning it. Ali is new to the family and is just getting to know her grandfather and the rest of the family. I found it inappropriate for her to be shacking up with Noah at the house. I also found it uncomfortable when Traci knew about it, and was making subtle… Read more »
I felt the same way, which is why I did make those comments last week. I believe in calling it like I see it.

I feel like Y&R may be overdoing the Johnny and Connor situation by having them overreact to them finding out Chelsea is Johnny’s biological mother. It would make sense if Johnny never knew that Victoria wasn’t his biological mother, but that is not the case. I am not so sure Johnny or Connor would be that angry about it. The more I think about it, I would think that Connor and Johnny would be a little excited to know that they are siblings. I also feel like Y&R has Johnny talking like an adult when he was speaking with his… Read more »
Johnny was talking more like a defensive 16 year old might. Is it cosmic justice for all the worry Billy put his own father through? Poor John went through a lot with Billy Boy.
Both “boys” came off as adults and rude to Chelsea, in my opinion.

I found it odd that Sharon told Chelsea she needs help and to talk to a therapist immediately after Chelsea told her that she understood why Rey loved her so much? The timing of Sharon’s suggestion seemed off. Sharon said it as if Chelsea had said something that was unstable or that didn’t make sense. Sharon could have accepted the compliment graciously by saying thank you for saying so, and then maybe gently weened into suggested a therapist using a more diplomatic approach. I can sympathize with Chelsea for feeling like she was not being treated respectfully by Sharon in… Read more »

Fairview’s direct care staff better brace themselves for Hurricane Chelsea, she’s on the fast track for another extended stay. Not gonna lie, I’m all in for an unhinged Chelsea storyline……..as long as none of GC’s youth residents are harmed by her actions.

Sharon Case looks amazing. Her looks haven’t changed just as Tracy Bergman’s haven’t. Ageless. Where is their fountain of youth

Someone needs to explain to Tucker McCall that he has no grandson. Devon is little more than a sperm donor to Dominic and the fact that he somehow managed to – latch on – does not extend to any family member beyond himself.
Gary, Did you forget the amended custody agreement? Devon was acknowledged as the biological father and Dominic was even given his last name. So, Yes, whether we like it or not. Tucker can be acknowledged as Dominic’s Grandfather.
Yes, legally, but I was speaking to the heart of the matter.

Johnny has a snarky sense of humor. Who does he get that from??? Could be from either Billy or Chelsea if genetic (can sense of humor even be genetic?). Can’t be from humorless Victoria.
Very. But so are Billy and Chelsea much of the time.

Hello! After some time. Abby get’s on my nerves…I admired her standing up for her Mother and the whole anti-Tuckerness…But demanding from Chance to have her backs on this made me a little angry and think of her as a selfish person right now… I am maybe complaining but she acts likes she’s not trusting Chance to have her back and accusing him like he doesn’t care about their family… I don’t know maybe she have a reason to not believe in him… Still think it’s a little bit childish comming from her. She acts like a brat . But… Read more »
Abby is so a Victor;s child….demand and expect to always have and/or get their way according to how they see the world. According to the Newman family, “doesn’t the world revolve around them and their interests!!!”
I agree with you. Abby always seems so entitled and self absorbed. Chase’s opinions are acceptable only if they mirror hers. If I was the actor I’d feel cringe.
That being said, I wouldn’t let Tucker near my baby either
Tucker is Chance’s uncle?? Is that right? Because Phillip II and Tucker are both Katherine’s sons? So Abby taking this harsh stance against Tucker is telling Chance to banish a family member? Did I miss that part of their conversation? I heard Chance ask Abby if maybe she was overreacting, but I didn’t hear him say anything about Tucker being family to him. Maybe I missed it.
I think I need some flashbacks to remind me why I’m supposed to dislike Tucker so much. Is Diane just going to be guilty by association—because she was a pal of his? Did Tucker really buy Keemo’s house and that will make Jack mad? I don’t get it either.
Lol, Idk any of this. I just don’t remember all the stuff about all these people over all the years. At least the requisite soap re-hashing dialogues/flash-backs fill in some of it. Tucker? He might as well be a new character as far as I’m concerned. All I vaguely recall or have since re-learned is “generally bad guy, involved w/Ashley and others (Idk who), related to Mrs.C, and Devon.” What he actually did with/to/for? those people is a big blank for me. Ay yi… and I’ve watched faithfully for decades…

I thought Noah still lived at Sharon’s cottage? If so, do you think Sharon would be more or less awkward than Traci in the same situation?
Yup. Traci’s tittering about Allie and Noah has been uncomfortable from Day 1.

Over-acting (or doing nothing at all, lol) child actors on soaps along w/their contrived dialogues has always been a pet peeve of mine…

I agree with Chance. Dominic is too young to realize a lot of stuff….Abby is making too much of Tucker wanting to at least see the kid–big deal…
Tucker is Chance’s uncle?? Is that right? Because Phillip II and Tucker are both Katherine’s sons? So Abby taking this harsh stance against Tucker is telling Chance to banish a family member? Actually I don’t Chance said that Tucker was his Uncle. If so, I missed it too.
What am I missing? Why is Diane’s riding in a Bentley (scandalous photo evidence) so heinous and incriminating?
YEAH! Big deal. Is this all you got?
I think I need some flashbacks to remind me why I’m supposed to dislike Tucker so much. Is Diane just going to be guilty by association—because she was a pal of his? Did Tucker really buy Keemo’s house and that will make Jack mad? I don’t get it either.

Tucker said he “made Diane’s return to GC possible.” What does that even mean?
Maybe he paid for her therapy?
Or maybe Tucker gave her the money to buy Kemo’s house to get an “in” to knowing and establishing a relationship with Allie.
