Per the previews, will Kyle have time to slip a tracker into Claire’s luggage in case she decides to take the trip to L.A. with Holden?

On Friday, what a “fantastic foursome”! Or if Billy gets his way, a “fivesome”! But, fellow Chatters, I am really lost now. We know Michael is really working for Victor against Cane; but in previews Victor is asking Cane if they have “a deal”. Could Cane also be working for Victor and throwing Phyllis, Michael, and Amanda off the scent of what is really going to transpire? And…what about loose cannon Billy…..where does he actually fit in, if at all? And Cane, hurry and get the locks installed, or Sally will be the next person to burst through your train… Read more »
Was a good show Friday. Michael is working for Victor or at least it seems so. He might like working with Cane better. Billy isn’t going to give up,I think he will wear Cane down and be on the team again. He would be the one to take the fall if something goes wrong and Cane knows that

I really connected with the intervention scenes. A loved one of myself and my husband is currently in the throws of addiction. All three actors absolutely brought to life the heartbreak, anger and helplessness of knowing that you can’t save an addict from themselves. Those scenes stuck me in a visceral way, Billy’s downward spiral as a whole, is heartbreaking to see. I love that Y&R is once again shining a light on addiction, perhaps it can help inspire a lost soul to choose life, love and health.
Billy is on a spiral, but to him it is necessary to get back Chancellor, ,but revenge is never a good reason. It is heartbreaking to see Billy lose Sally and Abbott Communications. He is an addict

I’m low key hoping that Red rats Michael out to Lauren. Not by directly it’s narking, more covert than that. If she does, I want the motive to be out of love for them, not just petty malice. I really miss that trio of friendship!

I’m excited about the wedding plans and the sneak peak of dresses was an awesome idea! I can’t wait for Ali’s screenshots. Christina was very beautiful but, dresses seemed a bit dated to me; although, they did represent high fashion with distinct silhouettes and structures. #1) Sparkling fabric with strapless and low cut corset, train and bow in the back. #2) See through fabric with lace appliqués, figure forming bodice, and long sleeves #3) Satin fabric with train, strapless with a higher bust cut and a side pleat and long gloves. I didn’t fall in love with any of them… Read more »
I liked the third one but also didn’t get wowed by any of the dresses. I read fans will pick which one on Instagram

Lauren knows Michael better than he does. She can tell something is going on with him. He won’t be able to keep his secret for long and she’s going to be pissed that he tried. The three wedding dress options: Low cut front, see through lace, and the bedazzled bust. I’m not sure which I liked best. Maybe the last one, it seemed more classic. They went to Marquette (sp again?) for Cricket’s photo shoot. That’s a set we haven’t seen. Maybe we will get more there. Everyone in that Cane Train meeting was bragging about how they don’t mind… Read more »

Okay, I can suspend belief for infeasible storylines with the best of them. However, Cane not locking his train door is too ridiculous. Here he is putting into action his evil AI plan, or is he, and Billy just walks in. Another chatter mentioned how Cane needs to lock his door. Yes, he should have a guard on the door, as often as GC residents come to tell him their mind. But have Amanda do the hiring, Cane hired Carter and this was a huge mistake.
Not long ago, as TheSanctimoniousOne™, ie. Lily, partnered with Victor to destroy Jill’s confidence in her son as he was on the verge of acquiring Odyssey 7, an AI company. Jill even remarked about her yearslong quest for that firm as she was booted Billy between his legs. Billy’s downfall is not fun, a redemption story would be better. Restart GamblersAnonymous™, eschew gambling, and partner with Jack to acquire Odyssey 7. Pit Victor’s pure viral evil against AbbotAI vaccine. Allow an accidental viral release into Newman systems while other GC ventures are protected. Show Adam begging Jack’s help as the… Read more »

You’ve come a long way, baby. This just in from GARY’S PHONE SEZ: Esther to be honored at Daytime Emmys with Lifetime Achievement Award. One of 3, including Jane Elliott. “Dinner is (indeed) served”.
Do you know what day that show will air? I miss it every year! (Oh, I actually did see Courtney Hope and Melody Thomas Scott give their acceptance speeches “2” years ago? Great speeches and well deserved!)
Friday, Oct. 17th. 8 pm eastern time. 5 Pacific time. Only this year they aren’t on a specific network. You have to stream it, so forget the whole thing.
Toni, I am hoping the Billy storyline has a surprising or shocking twist or it’s just a repeat of Billy on the verge of ho-hummy as you say.

When are they going to get Chelsea to talk Billy off the roof of gambling addiction? He might listen to her and I think that would be an interesting conversation.

Wow, Billy shows how deep the cuts are. Jason T is fantastic.
Jason T is fantastic!
I have said before: When he hired on, it was at the same time, they hired Justin Hartley as Adam. Of the two recasts, Justin is tall and fair, like an Abbot. Jason is dark and smoldering, like a Newman. I think Jason Thomson would have been a great Adam, good age, able to pull off a Muhney replacement. Justin would have been a good addition to the Abbots, replaced now, surely, but well….You are right, Naomi, Jason T is fantastic!
Jason is a wonder as Billy and the Adam comparison is fun to ponder. I had forgotten about that timeframe and Justin Hartley was worth the Y&R loss to give him to one of my all time favorites in “This is Us” and now, I hear good things about him in “Tracker”. Thanks for the trip down memory lane!

Apparently Cane has been 5-finger discounting the coffees from Esther/Crimson. Its always the ones who have money.
y&r might make this the daniel show over the cane show
Thanks, writers! We need to see much more of Daniel every week. And in fact, much more of Daniel and Tessa!

I noticed the Marchetti set as well and it was simple but, similar to the warehouse vibe of the coffee shop.

All the storylines right now are predictable and ho-hummy.
