I’ve finally decided to vote no, don’t send Phyllis to prison. She’s now in a prison without bars because Tucker has total control of keeping her out. It will be a good story to watch her deal with his demands.

I voted No, but just because I think greater punishment for her would be to return to pariah status in GC! If she goes to prison she’ll play the martyr card.

I say lock her up and throw away the key! Phyllis needs to pay for all of her crimes going way back to when she tried to run over Paul and Christine. Yes she killed Jeremy in self-defense but she tried to frame Diane for murder and also tried to hold her hostage in her hotel room. That was scary. When Diane tried to leave, Phyllis grabbed her arm and told her she wasn’t going anywhere. That is a crime. It is forcible confinement. What would Phyllis have done if Jack didn’t walk in on them? The next crime is… Read more »

Sure! For character/plot/drama purposes. I love both the actress/character and will enjoy whatever she’s given to play, be it humiliation, punishment, privilege, or salvation – as long as Phyllis keeps keeping on. (One future plus imho for her going to prison would be that viewers would need no longer incessantly complain about her ‘never having paid for her crimes’ and could instead focus that harping on the (MANY) other remaining such sinners in GC… heathens all, those bad characters! both in the present and many decades back…

Yes! Because I find the character really annoying especially over the last year. If she’s in jail maybe we’d see less of her. Also because she killed Jeremy, whether intentional of not. That was pretty gross. Its like Phyllis already new how to clean up a crime scene which is disturbing. She let her hatred for Diane cloud every thought & action. I want her to pay for her crime.

I just watched the scene of Victor’s family meeting in which he angrily removes autonomy from the kids. He is SO MUCH like Logan Roy in Succession.
I think it’s actually that Logan Roy is so much like the OG Victor!

NO… Self defense without a doubt. Phyllis doesn’t have it in herself to do out right murder.

YES!!! Because if Lily was sent to go to prison for an accidental death. Then those who purposely choose to break the law should definitely be held accountable. LOCK HER UP!!!
Self defense is a different point of law when comparing to an accidental death. Lily deserved to go to prison, besides she walked away from it easily.

This is a far out storyline twist, but what if Phyllis being so grateful to Tucker for saving her freedom, and Tucker becoming more and more sick of Ashley stringing him along, have some kind of relationship. Phyllis has solidified her abilities at hot wall/door sex in the old days, and Tucker is definitely a “horn dog”! Both are morally deficient human beings and Ashley deserves it.

Yes I want Phyllis and Summer in orange jumpsuits. Do a new women in prison storyline with Lily counseling them to repent.

It’s a yes for me. I enjoy Phyllis, but she needs a reality check and change in storyline. Going to prison will fix both issues IMO.
i voted no. Phyllis is more interesting interacting with the other players. She has been gone long enough being on the run. Heather will get her off ,and Tuckers plan of the EMS guy saying he saw her kill Stark in self defense. will guarantee she gets off to cause more trouble for Diane and Summer and Daniel.
