I think it was a bluff to make them self destruct and turn on each other or expose the weak link.

I voted yes he does, but this was a close vote for me. I first believed this is real and then thought Cane is bluffing because why not just use it already! Or why do the whole Paris thing and just use it from the start?! But then I think the only reason Cane hasn’t used it yet is because he is just trying to find a way to not get his hands dirty and have someone else be the fall guy. But the more time that passes the more it seems like my vote could sway and it is… Read more »
I voted “no!” a few weeks ago as Abbott Communications launch was cancelled. To wit: “After Cane’s hacker [quaere: Phyllis?] cancelled AC’s launch, Sally was extraordinarily prescient: Cane’s AI bluster is just a confidence scheme.” And as I pointed out in a longer posting: “It’s just a confidence scheme. I love you, Stephen. Why? I like words….quaere, prescient; and punctuation…double quotes, single quotes, parentheses, brackets; and I like the movie “The Sting.” You are Cane in real life, aren’t you?
But I voted yes. I do think Cane has the AI, or some variety of it, since it isn’t just one thing. I have spell check on my computer. Cane has something more intrusive/invasive.
No I use AI to find out what is happening in football.

Bluffing. I HOPE, otherwise imho this story will get too loopy ‘sci-fi’ for soaps. I couldn’t be less interested in an almighty Al super-power over-taking GC. I’d prefer old-school soapy nonsenses of affairs! secrets! vendettas! collusions! etc.! over any tekkie take-over stuff taking center-stage.

I think Cane has the AI weapon, but Victor may get it before long. Unless Billy surprises everyone and he gets it somehow.
