I voted no! And may even be right for a change. Victor bought Nikki off with just one present: a necklace owned by Maria Theresa, Empress of Austria, and undoubtedly worn by her daughter, Marie Antoinette. “Let them eat cake!” said she, before parting ways with the necklace. But what was her alternative? Take a gold-encrusted suitcase and move into the Athletic Club pointedly serving turkey dinner to the poor when there was a criminal at large in Genoa City? I voted no. However, Dianne has been talking a lot about Jack’s loyalty to Nicki. And Nicki and Jack have been talking over tea a lot. So, it seems a story-line that Nicki is available, and Jack goes to her defense/rescue, and Diane is upset, so Diane might see it as an opportunity to team with Victor, even if just to get the Ai, and somehow take Jabot for herself.
I voted yes Nikki will leave Victor. He is so obsessed with ruining Jack and Jabot. Even Adam and Michael didn’t like what he did with Newman Media. I think they will eventually get back together, but not for awhile. Has been awhile since they broke up.
If they break it up, even briefly, it will open up so many possibilities for storylines. Jack could comfort Nikki. Victor and Diane could plot to give them pushback by becoming friendly. Victor and Diane having a cozy drink together and in walks Jack who has agreed to meet with Nikki for drinks! I would love to see the reactions from all four! Possibilities are endless.
