Devon alone and hurting in bed just broke my heart. Such a great and heartbreaking scene. I hope Devon talks to someone soon about what’s bothering him.
I also felt Devon in that moment. Very heartbreaking because we know he is desperately missing Hillary and in the throws of grief. My brother died in Sept., and the grief my poor sister-in-law is experiencing is so strong and so painful. I thought of her when I saw Devon just laying there thinking… Mal Young may be preparing for a storyline involving Devon and his grief. I’m just speculating, but there was also a scene at the Jaboutique party with Jack and Devon, where Jack said he thought Devon looked very sad.

Hey all, been so busy and had to catch up on my y&r after weeks of being behind! Two quick things from this week- Lauren was the best dressed at the party! Loved the pockets- was it a dress or a jumpsuit? I don’t even care which she looked awesome!
Two- why didn’t Ashely take her “innovator of the year” award with her!? Spotted it behind “Phyllis’” desk the other day!
OMG Phyllis stop with the Genoa City’s newest power couple! Her and Nick make me sick. Him asking her to move in is disgusting, and if she accepts knowing she was second choice to Sharon I will cringe. He would really put another mother figure in Christian’s life, and not care what Faith thinks after how she reacted when he moved in with Chelsea, and Phyllis is a million times worse being she is the reason her parents broke up, twice! I was liking the new Nick and now he has seemed to go back to being the old Nick again, that can’t be single for 5 minutes. He needs some guy friends to spend some time with other than just Phyllis and work.
I think that Kyle dresses the best of all the men in GC, and his maroonish suit that coincidentally (?) matched Summer’s dress was great. I love
that he rarely does the plain black or dark blue suit. With that said, really, we needed another Lola gets jealous over Summer scene? I love that Lola claimed she is not the jealous type, I guess she is trying to convince herself of that , and I can understand that.
I hate that Phyllis is with Nick. She doesn’t deserve him. Phyllis getting together so quickly with Nick seems to cheapen both of their previous relationships. They are both acting like Sharon and Billy never existed. Sharon and Billy must feel so insulted by their actions.
Side note: Nick is being a big jerk but I just don’t want Phyllis to win him over.
Poor Nick, how weak you are! From engaged to Chelsea, to almost married to Sharon to asking Phyllis to move in in less than a year (if I have my timeline right). Who do you really love? Oh ya, the one you’re with
I’d like it if the makeup people didn’t slather thick makeup on Camryn Grimes. She so pretty and her features so fine that she requires a light hand. Fresh and natural
Tracey Bregman (Lauren) lost her house in the wildfires. It’s so sad. She was on the Talk speaking about it. Thank God she and her family were safe and not in the house.
I would love to see the coupling of Billy and Sharon!! I would find it so interesting, and unexpected. I hadn’t really given the two of them a thought before. It would definitely be a nice change of pace from the same old couples breaking up and getting together again. Sharon and Billy getting together would be fresh and new as they had only spent one night together before. I hope Y&R gives them a try. I think they would be a hot couple!
Mia is a whirlwind. I really don’t understand how Rey could have married his little brother’s first love! It was a bad idea in the first place. Everyone is a hypocrite on this show. I mean Abby married the Doctor who was living with her sister after they fell for one another when he was still with Victoria. I’m good with a Shilly fling but just a fling while Rey breaks up with Mia. Phyllis wants to be wanted by Jack otherwise why be upset over who Jack dances with or dates. I am convinced Tessa was not the culprit behind JT’s disappearing corpse. From all indications she appears to be working alone (that is unless we are in store for another shocking revelation). I think Victor did it. He had access to JT’s emails, he could have done the same snooping like Tessa and discovered the April 13th file slowing what the Margarita Crew did to JT’s body. Am so glad sharen stop the almost kiss , so glad sharen stop Billy before they kiss , way to go sharen , Nick need to mind his own business , it’s non of his business who sharen date , am so glad jack made philis give Billy credit and am so glad philis did the right thing and give Billy credit , I understand why Abby is upset she have every right to be upset but lola is right Abby need to forgive Arturo , Abby is also right that Lola should not let summer get in a way… Read more »
I agree about Kyle. I like Summer pawing at Kyle just to watch him turn her down. Also, she kissed him when she wasn’t 100% better from her cold now Kyle may catch it

(Just one more comment) I HATE Nick and Phyllis together. It’s wrong. What is wrong with him???? Why didn’t he try to win Sharon back???? It makes me so mad. They are a family. He should have tried for a year. Nick can’t do begging like Billy & Adam could. Those men know/knew how to win their girls’ hearts after screwing up. Billy slept with how many women and still could win Victoria – the hardest heart around – back! Nick is lazy.
I agree Nick’s effort in getting Sharon back were ridiculous and then to continue seeing one woman that you know ruined your first marriage to Sharon. He’s not reliable, he only ends his women especially Sharon when they agree with and cater to him. Nick is immature and entitled when it comes to romantic relationships, when it gets hard or he as to put on the work he’s on to the next woman. Billy and Sharon together again, I think they’ll stay friends. Ali – I remember the wedding scene when Billy was going to marry Chloe and Billy slept with Sharon the night before their wedding and then Sharon was a bridesmaid for Chloe!!!! And wasn’t that wedding the famous cake fight between Catherine and Jill?!!! Anyway, then Sharon was pregnant and there were three possible fathers for the baby: Nick, Jack and Billy!!!! so, everyone in GC found out that Billy and Sharon had slept together. That was an awesome story line. I love Sharon!
Unfortunately next week we will have to sit through yet another of Saint Nate’s admonishments to one of the key characters we care about. Nate, you need to understand this show is not about you!
He needs a proper storyline pronto!
