I was so happy that Ana returned on YR to support Devon. But Cane and Nate need to stop pestering Devon. It will imo only alienate Devon from them.
Storylines I don’t want to unfold
1. Lola’s virginity (it’s private between her and Kyle)
2. Devon and pills (though I enjoyed watching him fall asleep standing up)
3. Phyllis and Billy getting closer (would be incestuous since he slept with her daughter)
I think Victoria took a risk going over to Tessa’s apartment alone and confronting her about the blackmail. She could have put her safety in danger. Victoria doesn’t really know Tessa well enough to do what she did. I don’t know why she wouldn’t want to bring another member of the crew with her. Victoria knows she is capable of blackmail and lying and stealing. She knows that Tessa already stole a gun from her mother’s house. I loved Nikki’s gold and diamond necklace she had on this week.
Was there a sale on scarves? Every other character seemed to be wearing a nice scarf this week; Nate, Summer, Sharon, Mia, Shawna and Abby. They looked very stylish on everyone. Just an observation.
It’s not like Phyllis to be so forgiving. She had told Billy that if he ever slept with her daughter, she would kill him. We now see the two of them working very closely side by side in her office and all seems to be forgiven. There has to be a reason for Y&R to have had Phyllis say those words. I think it will be that Sumer is pregnant as some chatters have speculated. That would be a very compelling storyline if Y&R decided to go in that direction with the characters.
Diana I hope this happens! My new threshold for this show is exciting and not dull melodrama. Also, there’s a free spot in Chancellor Park if she’s looking to ditch the body.
Am so glad Anna called cane about the pills , I think the pills is Devon , what the hell how could Devon do this , oh no Devon , I hope he is ok , aw that was sweet Arturo bye abby a gift and that was a nice scene with them am glad Arturo try to make Abby feel better
Phyllis said they were “terrorized for months” by a singing barista. The blackmail notes happened last month after the Shick wedding was called off. Then they sent Tessa a dollar. And Mariah was being followed. Then Tessa sent the statue photo. Then they sent the whole amount. Tessa asked Mariah if she was still being followed and she wasn’t anymore. I love fiery Abby. I have a feeling her real estate risk won’t work out for her for some reason, but I hope it does. Who hasn’t been that frustrated at work before? Difference is, Abby has a sizeable trust fund and could do something about it. It was nice to see her want something and decide to go for it.
Funny how Sharon told Mariah that she and Rey didn’t cross any lines yet, but she conveniently forgot to mention their kiss which Nikki interrupted recently. I’d call kissing a married man a littleeee bit of a line, but Sharon knows how to lie and hold back a secret or two or three of her own. Makes it easy to see why Mariah fell for Tessa so hard…Sharon and Tessa are a lot alike. Both grew up poor, play dirty to protect their loved ones, and lie like professionals. Hahha how large of a rock does that waitress at Top of the Tower live under? She calls Mia “Mrs. Sharon Newman”. Hahaha ok lady
You know, knowing Mariah the way we do, you would think she would’ve ran away from Tessa by now. But love is a funny subject. I sympathize with Mariah. To love someone is to accept someone (Nikki should know all so well) and I agree with the other ladies. If Tessa is in her heart the way she is, then be with her flaws and all. But If the money and lies are too much, let it go. Me personally, I’d be running for the hills. But then again I’m not in her shoes.
I feel like Nate’s constant nagging is driving Devon to drink. In fact, Nate’s constant nagging is stressing me out and driving me to need to drink.
