Is it just me or is it beyond ridiculous that Phyllis would not only give Billy her blessing to go to the gambling tournament ,but follow him to it and encourage his gambling. Phyllis knows how bad Billy’s gambling addiction is. She saw 1st hand had bad an addiction can be from Jack’s pill addiction. Does Phyllis believe that because because Billy was honest with her that he wanted to go to the tournament it gives him a free pass? Newsflash Phyllis when it comes to addicts of any kind ,it is always “just one more time” with them.
I love that Victor sat and talked with Devon about Hilary’s death this week. The softer side of Victor is so much more lovable than the villainous side. He has a lot of life experience and wisdom to share.
On another note, I can’t wait for the woodland wedding shower! Remember Nick and Sharon’s last pre-wedding party? All of Genoa City ended up in the slammer. I hope and Sharon and Nick ALWAYS find their way back to each other.

This show is unrealistic. Lily said Yes to TWO waffles the morning before her sentencing. The twins’ SORASing is easier to swallow than tiny Lily Ashbury ever accepting and wolfing down two waffles, especially before her hearing. Cane would know better in real life
Oh, here is an idea to get Jack back basics. Deena isn’t perfectly clear about those years of “adventure.” So maybe the man she was with at the time of Jack’s creation was John – at a costume party at the club – dressed up as a handsome stranger. That was a thing back in the day with the country club set, i think.
Ali, you are a lifeline. Thank you for your recaps. I am back to the lake for a few more weeks. A couple of comments: –Everyone has tried to convince Devon to show an open mind to Lilly and plead for her lighter sentencing. No one can get through. We all know that when in doubt all roads in “The Young and The Restless” universe leads to Victor, but in this case I am having trouble trying to find the logic behind Victor using Rey as a mechanism to hound the gals of the “covenant” over the issue of credit cards debt? Victor already knows Nick was behind JT’s credit cards use and that he was responsible for hacking Newman Enterprises data processing network.
